ON TAXI DURING CONTROL CHECK, AILERONS WENT INTO MANUAL REVERSION AND SYSTEM PRESS 800 PSI. ADJUSTED LT AND RT AILERON POWER BYPASS IAW DACO MM 27-5-2, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
NR 2 ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALLED AT HIGH ENGINE RPMS, HIGH FUEL FLOW NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL CONTROL, RAN ENGINE, TRIMMED IDLE AND PART POWER, OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW PWA 73-2-2. TRIM RUN IAW DAC MM 71-0, ALL PARAMETERS.
NR 2 ENGINE NOT PRODUCING T/O POWER, ABORTED AT 88 KNOTS. SWAPPED NR 1 AND NR 2 EPR GAUGES IAW DC-8 MM CHAPTER 77-1-0, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
AT TAKEOFF POWER 1.87 EPR ALL ENGINE BLEEDS ON, MANIFOLD AIR PRESSURE DROPPED TO ZERO. ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO RAMP. FOUND LOOSE FITTING ON MANIFOLD PRESSURE INDICATOR, GROUND RAN OPS CHECK OK AS PER 36-0-0.
HYDRAULIC QUANTITY LOST DURING CLIMBOUT, RETURNED TO SBGR. FOUND HYDRAULIC STANDBY RUDDER PUMP PRESSURE LINE BUSTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LINE, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW DC-8 M/M 29-0.
LOST PRESSURIZATION DURING CRUISE, UNABLE TO OPERATE NASI FLOW CONTROL SYSTEM. CHECKED NASI SYSTEM AND GROUND RUN, SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD IAW NASI M/M CHAPTER 21-7-0, PRESSURIZATION OK.
NR 2 POWER LEVER BINDING, ENGINE WOULD NOT DEVELOP MAX POWER. CLEANED AND LUBED THROTTLE DRUM, OPS CHECK NORMAL AT ALL POWER SETTINGS IAW 71-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF, UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE THE SYSTEM DUE FLOW CONTROL VALVES WEREN'T WORKING PROPERLY. CHECKED FLOW CONTROL VALVES, CONNECTIONS, RESEATED C/B'S AND TESTED ON GROUND OK.
