RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKE-OFF. RECYCLED THE GEAR AND LIGHT INDICATION WENT BACK TO NORMAL. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION, CLEANED RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR SENSOR & TESTED PROXIMITY SWITCH. ELECTRONIC UNIT TESTED GOOD PER MD-80 AMM 32-60-04. NO PARTS WERE REPLACED. DISREGARD PRIOR SDR SUBMITTAL WITH 802 TAIL NO.
LANDING GEAR NOSE DOWN NOSE GEAR RED LIGHT ILLUMINATED PIN RETRACTED PROCEEDED AS QRH NOSE GEAR LIGHT WENT GREEN AND LANDED WITH NO ISSUES. AIRCRAFT FAIRY FIGHT FROM HAVANA CUBA TO MIAMI MAIN BASE. FOUND NOSE GEAR PROXIMITY SENSOR UP/DOWN LOCK CONNECTOR LOOSE AND TIGHTENED PER AMM-32-6005. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF EXTENSION AND RETRACTION PER AMM 32-30-00 CHECKED GOOD.
RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LEADING EDGE HAS CORROSION AT UPPER CENTER EDGE AREA AND LOWER SECTION. REPAIRED RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LEADING EDGE PER E.O.'S WAA-250319, WAA-250623, AND E.O. WAA-250620.
LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LEADING EDGE HAS CORROSION AT UPPER EDGE, ALL THRU THE LENGHT ALSO THE HARWARE OF LOWER EDGE IS RUSTY AND HAS CORROSION AROUND THE FASTENER HEAD. REPAIRED LEADING EDGE PER E.O.'S WAA-250220, WAA-250221, WAA-250222, WAA-250223, WAA-250224, WAA 250225 AND E.O. WAA-250615.

CENTER FUEL TANK NOT CONSUMING FUEL. REMAINED IN 14.3, DECLARED EMERGENCY DIVERTED TO KMIA.
CONTINUOUS RIGHT ENGINE FIRE LOOP WARNING DURING CRUISE DESCENT AND LANDING. (DETERMINED TO BE A SENSING ERROR)
RIGHT AFT LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR ACTIVATED, BURN SMELL AND FAINT SMOKE WAS PRESENT SOON AFTER TAKE OFF.
DURING GROUND CHECK 3 CRACKS OF 1 INCH EACH ORIGINATING FROM THE BASE OF THE SKID WERE FOUND ON THE LH MLG INBOARD DOOR OUTER SKIN
DURING A CRUISE AT FL 300, THE FLIGHT MECHANIC REPORTED TO THE FIRST OFFICER AND CAPTAIN THAT A PASSENGER WINDOW WAS BLOWN OUT. THE FIRST OFFICER CHECKED THE PRESSURIZATION WHICH WAS STABILIZED AND INDICATED NORMAL. THE FIRST OFFICER ASKED FOR THE ROW LOCATION AND WHICH SIDE OF THE FUSELAGE WHERE OCCURRED. REPORTED BACK TO THE COCKPIT THAT THE WINDOW AFFECTED WAS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT BETWEEN AISLES 14-15. THE CAPTAIN INSTRUCTED THE SENIOR CABIN CREW, TO INSTRUCT CABIN CREW TO REMAIN SEATED AT THEIR STATIONS WITH THE OXYGEN AT HAND IN CASE OF RAPID DECOMPRESSION. THE CAPTAIN WAS ALSO INSTRUCTED TO RELOCATE THE PASSENGERS SEATED IN THOSE AISLES NEAR THE AFFECTED WINDOW. SOON AFTER THE EVENT, LA CENTER INSTRUCTED THE FLIGHT CREW TO DESCEND TO FL 240. THE LANDING AT KSAN WAS UNEVENTFUL. UPON PARKING THE AIRCRAFT AT THE BASE OF THE TOWER WE INSPECTED THE WINDOW AFFECTED FROM THE EXTERIOR AND OBSERVED THAT THE OUTER PANE SHATTERED. WE ALSO OBSERVED THE #1 ENGINE FORWARD INBOARD LIP OF THE INLET COWLING DAMAGED FROM WINDOW PIECES STRIKING IT. ALSO, #1 ENGINE FIRST STAGE BLADES HAVE FOREIGN OBJECT DEBRIS DAMAGE FROM THE WINDOW BLOWN OUT.
CENTER FUEL LOW ANNUNCIATION CENTER FAILS TO FEED IN FLIGHT. FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURE, RETURN TO SKBQ, AS WE RETURNED CENTER FUEL PRESS LOW ANNUNCIATION BECAME INTERMITTENT.
DURING CRUISE FWD CENTER PUMP STOPPED WORKING. DIVERSION TO MMUN. PERFORMED AIRCRAFT FUEL SUMP IAW MD-80 AMM 12-11-08. FUEL NORMAL. PERFORMED OPS CHK OF FUEL BOOST PUMP IAW MD-80 AMM 28-20-07 OPS CHK NORMAL. COULD NOT DUPLICATE ON GROUND. THIS ACTION CLEARS DMI 4725. PLACARD REMOVED.
PRIMARY TRIM COMPENSATOR DID NOT WORK AFTER TAKE OFF AND DURING CLIMB. LT TRIM HANDLE NO CABLE TENSION. T/S FOUND PRIMARY LONGITUDINAL TRIM MANUAL OVERRIDE AND SHUTOFF CONTROL SYSTEM DETENT ROLLER SPRING LOOSE. SECURED ROLLER SPRING. OPS CHECK NORMAL ON GROUND CHECK.
FUEL NOT PUMPING OUT OF CENTER TANK.
RT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. RT ENGINE OIL QTY INDICATE "0" PERFORMED QRH.
AIR RETURN TO MGGT. AIRCRAFT WILL NOT PRESSURIZE WITH BOTH PACKS ON AND INDICATING NORMAL.
DURING A SERVICE CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM INOPERATIVE. PERFORMED T/S OF EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM PER MD80AWDM 33-51-11, FOUND SWITCH 51-387 HAVE BEEN LEFT ON THE ON POSITION CAUSING THE SYSTEM BATTERY PACKS TO DISCHARGE. RECHARGED BATTERIES AND PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW AMM 33-50-00, OPS TEST NORMAL. NO FAULTS NOTED.
DURING SERVICE CHECK FOUND OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. TROUBLESHOOT EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM PER AWDM 33-51-14. FOUND CONNECTORS AT OVERWING EXIT IDENTIFIERS DISCONNECTED. RECONNECTED CONNECTORS IAW SWPM 20-31-00. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW AMM 33-50-00. NO FAULTS NOTED OPS CHECK NORMAL.
