AFTER GEAR RETRACTION FROM KCHS WE NOTICED A VIBRATION COMING FROM THE NOSE COMPARTMENT. THEN WE GOT THE FOLLOWING INDICATIONS GEAR CONTROL FAULT, GEAR DOOR OPEN, ADC SSEC MISCOMPARE, GEAR DISAGREE N. RAN THROUGH THE CHECKLIST AND AFTER EXTENDING THE GEAR THE ONLY CAUTION THAT REMAINED WAS GEAR DETECT FAULT. REVIEWED THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE DUMPED THE CABIN AT THE FINAL APPROACH FIX AND LANDED WITH NO OTHER ISSUES. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED NLG SQUAT SWITCH AND HARNESS & INSTALLED NEW CONDITION SQUAT SWITCH & HARNESS IAW AMM 32-60-10 AND CMM 32-20-01. PERFORMED CLEARANCE CHECKS IAW CMM 32-20-01. PERFORMED OPS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS IAW AMM 32-60-10. OPS & FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD NO DEFECTS.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE IS DIFFICULT TO OPEN FROM INSIDE THE AIRPLANE. RESEARCHED MED DOOR DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION, AND NO HISTORY FOUND CONNECTED TO THIS SQUAWK. ARRIVED AT ACFT. NO STRUGGLE FOUND OPENING FROM THE OUTSIDE. TRIED TO CLOSE AND OPEN FROM INSIDE, WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY WHEN OPENING IT. INSPECTED THE DOOR HANDLE FROM OUTSIDE, INSPECTED DOOR LEVER FROM INSIDE, INSPECTED MAIN DOOR AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. BUT NOTICED THE GUIDE RODS, ARE VERY DIRTY. CLEANED THE RODS AND THE ROD HOUSINGS. AND LUBED. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS, OPS CHECKS GOOD. ALL IN REF. TO MODE AMM 52-10-00.
MAIN CABIN DOOR DID NOT OPEN WHEN LATCH WAS PULLED FROM THE OUTSIDE. PULLED OPEN DOOR MANUALLY AND GAINED ACCESS TO CABIN. CLOSED THE DOOR AND LATCHED IT. ATTEMPTED TO OPEN DOOR FROM INSIDE CABIN. HAD TO PUSH HARD ON THE DOOR TO GET IT TO FALL AFTER OPENING LATCH MECHANISM. PERFORMED CABIN DOOR RIGGING SECTION B. PREPARE THE AIRPLANE FOR THE CABIN DOOR RIGGING, SECTION C. CABIN DOOR HINGE RIGGING, SECTION E. CABIN DOOR RUB BLOCK RIGGING, AND SECTION I. PERFORMED CABIN DOOR OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH SATISFACTORY RESULT . REFERENCE CITATION 700 AMM CHAPTER 52-10-00 FOR ALL ABOVE MAINTENANCE
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: EMER LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER SHUT-DOWN WITH SWITCHES IN THE OFF POSITION. COULD NOT RESET WITH THE SWITCH UNDER THE PILOTS SEATS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND ONLY AISLE LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. BEING PILOTS CHECKED THE COCKPIT G-SWITCHES, I REMOVED THE BAGGAGE COMPT AFT PANEL AND BOTH AFT EMER BATT G-SWITCHES DID NOT TRIP. REINSTALLED PANEL. NOTICED PILOTS FWD EMER BATTERY G-SWITCH WOULD NOT RESET DID NOT FEEL CORRECT. REMOVED RUBBER BOOT AND NOTICED PLUNGER WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. REINSTALLED G-SWITCH PLUNGER AND REINSTLLED RUBBER BOOT. PILOTS G-SWITCH CAN NOW BE RESET. CHARGED EMER BATTS FOR60 MINUTES PER TC÷FLT-33-1001. ALL EMER LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AS REQUIRED AND STAY ON FOR MIN OF 10 MINUTES. RECHARGED EMER BATTERIES. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW CE-700 AMM 33-51-10. 33-50-11. 33-50-00 & TC÷FLT-33-1001. REV2. 200CT2022.
FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: EVACUATION PATH LIGHTING AT SEAT 5 INOP CORRECTIVE ACTION: RE-SEATED SEAT #5 PATH LIGHT ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR, OPS CHECKS NOW GOOD, REF CE700 AMM 33-50-00 AND IMM 25-20-21.
LEFT ENGINE FIRE BOTTLE SQUIB ASSEMBLIES FOUND IN OPPOSITE POSTIONS. OUR INVESTIGATATION REVEALLED THAT THE DISCHARGE OUTLET AT THE J1 POSITION CONTAINED THE SQUIBB ASSEMBLY (P/N: CT03300-1 CARTRIDGE J-2 & FX04915-2 DISCHARGE OUTLET J-2) COMPONENTS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AT THE J2 POSITION. LIKEWISE, THE DISCHARGE OUTLET AT THE J2 POSITION CONTAINED THE SQUIBB ASSEMBLY (P/N: CT03200-1 CARTRIDGE J-1 & FX04915-1 DISCHARGE OUTLET J-1) COMPONENTS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AT THE J1 POSITION. FURTHER REVIEW THEN CONFIRMED THAT THE CANNON PLUGS ARE âMURPHY-PROOFâ AND CAN ONLY BE INSTALLED ON THE SQUIBBS THAT THEY WERE INTENDED FOR. IT IS THEREFORE OBVIOUS THAT IN THE EVENT OF A LEFT ENGINE FIRE, THE CREW WOULD UNWITTINGLY BE DISCHARGING FIRE AGENT INTO THE RIGHT-HAND ENGINE INSTEAD OF THE LEFT. THE CORRECTION WAS TO SWAP THE COMPONENTS FROM THE J-1 DISCHARGE OUTLET WITH THE COMPONETS FROM THE J-2 DISCHARGE OUTLET. SQUIBB ASSEMBLY (P/N: CT03200-1 CARTRIDGE J-1 & FX04915-1 DISCHARGE OUTLET J-1) IS NOW IN THE J-1 DISCHARGE PORT. LIKEWISE, SQUIBB ASSEMBLY (P/N: CT03300-1 CARTRIDGE J-2 & FX04915-2 DISCHARGE OUTLET J-2) IS NOW IN THE J-2 DISCHARGE PORT.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: EMER LIGHTS CAN NOT BE TURNED OFF. 5 G SWITCH RESET ATTEMPTED. NO JOY // SIGNOFF// GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT AND APPLIED APU POWER. VERIFIED DISCREPANCY. REMOVED BAGGAGE PANELS AS REQUIRED AND GAINED ACCESS TO AFT INERTIA SWITCHES. RESET SWITCES WITH NO CHANGE. GAINED ACCESS TO COCKPIT INERTIA SWLTCES, RESET CO-PILOTS SWITCH WITH NO CHANGE. RESET PILOTS SIDE SWITCH AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING EXTINGUISHED. AS PER MCC LET EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLIES CHARGE FOR 2HRS ON APU POWER. ACCOMPLISHED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL CHECKS GOOD. RE-INSTALLED BAGGAGE AND COCPIT ITEMS AS REQUIRED. REF CE-700 AMM 33-50-00
BURNING ODOR IN COCKPIT WITH WINDSHIELD HEAT ON. ODOR IS COMING FROM BOTH SIDES. AFTER 15 MIN ENGINE RUN AT VARIOUS SETTINGS & WINDSHIELD HEAT ON HIGH. OPERATED MANUAL BLEED AIR AS WELL, BLEED AIR FLOW OVER WINDSHIELD GOOD, GAINED ACCESS TO VLVS & WIRING IN NOSE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT, INSPECTED FOR DEFECTS, NONE NOTED, NO HISTORY PER MCC, WORK DONE IAW MM 30-41-00.
FOUND VENT LINE ASSY TO BE WORN THROUGH AT ELBOW. R & R VENT LINE ASSY IAW SB560-28-16.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR RETRACTION, RED GEAR UNLOCK AND HYD PRESS LIGHTS REMAINED ON. GEARS WERE EXTENDED WITH NORMAL INDICATIONS.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR RETRACTION, RED GEAR UNLOCK AND HYD PRESS LIGHTS REMAINED ON. GEAR WERE EXTENDED WITH NORMAL INDICATIONS. FOUND BLOCKS OF ICE COVERING MAIN GEAR UPLOCK ROLLERS AS WELL AS REST OF GEAR AND DOORS. REMOVED ICE FROM BOTH MAIN GEAR ROLLERS AND DOORS. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM 32-01-00-1-3.
DURING DESCENT FOR LANDING, THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED AND INDICATED 2 GREEN, 1 RED. THE RT MAIN GEAR SHOWED UNLOCKED. THE "GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND" CHECKLIST WAS FOLLOWED AND NO CHANGE TO INDICATION WAS NOTED. AFTER CONFERRING WITH ACP AND MX, PULLED THE "DONUT" TO BLOW THE GEAR INTO POSITION. THE RT MAIN GEAR STILL WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE AND THE RED UNSAFE LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. THE DECISION TO LAND WAS MADE AND DURING BASE LEG, RT MAIN GEAR ILLUMINATED AND THE UNSAFE LIGHT LIGHT EXTINGUISHED LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG ACTUATOR IAW MM CHAPTER 32-31-04. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
DURING PHASE 5 INSP, FOUND ELEVATOR TRIM CABLE CONTACTING ELEVATOR SELECTOR DRIVE CHAIN. FOUND THE TRIM CABLE PULLEY CHANNEL BRACKET MIS-LOCATED. ORDERED NEW CHANNEL BRACKET AND RELOCATED PULLEY TO CLEAR SECTOR DRIVE CHAIN. (K)
GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION ON LT MAIN. RECYCLED GEAR IAW ACP REQUEST STILL UNSAFE. DIVERTED, VISUAL FLY BY INSPECTION INDICATED OK. LANDED WITH NO INCIDENT. COULD NOT CONFIRM DISCREPANCY. PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS WITH ALL NORMAL INDICATIONS. SUSPECT INTERMITANT LT MLG ACTUATOR DOWN LOCK SWITCH. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 MLG ACTUATOR WITH SERVICABLE UNIT IAW CE-560 M/M CHAP 32-31-10. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK SATISFACTORY.

LANDING GEAR HYD SYSTEM ADJ/TEST. GEAR SWING OPS CHECKED GOOD. SUSPECTED MOISTURE IN GEAR DOWN LOCK SWITCH. CLEANED DOWN LOCK SWITCH CONNECTOR PER CESSNA TECH REP. GEAR TRAVEL TIMES WITHIN LIMITS. 5 SECONDS AND 4 SECONDS EXTEND. OPS CHECKED GOOD.

LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF AS INDICATED BY 3 GREEN, NO RED INDICATION, UPON BRINGING GEAR HANDLE TO UP POSITION. FOUND HANDLE TO BE STIFF. REMOVED GEAR HANDLE AND LUBED. REATTACHED HANDLE OP'S CK GOOD. GEAR SWINGS FWD IAW MM CH 32-30-00.
