DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION, ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY WAS LOOSE. FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND NUT, BALL, AND THE TUBE WERE MISSING. THE ADJUSTER ASSY WAS INOPERATIVE.
