IN-FLIGHT ENGINE SHUTDOWN, FLIGHT 8850, TLH-MEM. ON THE VISUAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 27 AT KMEM, THE CREW OBSERVED THE NO. 1 ENGINE TORQUE INDICATION BECOME ERRATIC, THEN DROP TO ZERO, ACCOMPANIED BY AN UNCOMMANDED LEFT ROLL. MEMORY ITEMS WERE ACCOMPLISHED, AND THE CREW SHUT DOWN THE NO. 1 ENGINE AND FEATHERED THE PROPELLER. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED WITH ATC. THE CREW CONTINUED FOR THE LANDING AND COMPLETED A SINGLE-ENGINE LANDING ON RUNWAY 27 WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. ONCE CLEAR OF THE RUNWAY, THE ENGINE WAS SECURED USING THE QRC/QRH. AIRPORT RESCUE/FIRE PERSONNEL REPORTED NO FIRE OR SMOKE OBSERVED, AND THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED IN AND PARKED.
DUE TO O2 LEAK, CREW O2 CYLINDER PRESSURE DROPPED TO "0" PSI, REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED O2 CYLINDER. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
TORQUE SPLIT WITH POWER LEVERS IN NOTCH. RIGHT ENGINE TORQUE MATCHED FADU. LEFT ENGINE WAS 10% LOW. REQUIRES 3/4 KNOB MISS MATCH TO MATCH TORQUE. REPLACED LEFT HAND ENGINE HMU. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER BLOCK OUT OF FLIGHT THE COPILOTS BRAKE WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. REPLACED HYDRAULIC LINES. CHECKED GOOD & ACFT RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING BRAKE CHECK FOR TAXI, THE LT BRAKE PEDAL ON THE COPILOTS SIDE WAS INOPERATIVE. TROUBLESHOT & A HYD LEAK WAS FOUND. THE LINE WAS REPAIRED IAW AMM 20-23-13. LEAK & OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD IAW JIC 32-42-00 OPT 10000.
DURING TAXI OUT, COPILOTS LEFT BRAKE PRESSURE WAS INSUFFICIENT. THE CREW TAXIED THE ACFT BACK TO THE RAMP. REPLACED THE HYD ACOUSTIC FILTER AT 9GXA IAW ATR-72JIC 29-10-00 RAI 10080. THE SYS CHECKED GOOD. THE BRAKE LOW PRESSURE LINE WAS BLEED IAW JIC 32-42-00 BLD 10000. THE NORMAL BRAKE SYS CHECKED GOOD.
FOUND LT WING LOWER SKIN PANEL INTERNAL CORROSION AT JET PUMP SUPPORT SEATING BETWEEN RIBS 4 & 5, STIFFENERS 8 - 9. REPAIRED IAW SRI DT S-2157 14-21832 DATED 4/11/2014. APPROVED DATA IS SHEET DO TS-2644 10 5790.

DISCOVERED FORWARD GAP ON AFT CARGO DOOR TO BE OUT OF TOLERANCE. MAJOR REPAIR.
WHILE EN ROUTE ON FLIGHT 7499 CRW-MEM, THE LEFT LANDING GEAR DOOR AND FOLDING DOOR DETACHED FROM THE AIRCRAFT.
LONGITUDINAL FLOORBEAM CRACKED BETWEEN FRAME 28 AND 28C LEFT SIDE. REPAIRED CRACK BY ACCOMPLISHING REPAIR IAW M7 AEROSPACE LONGITUDINAL SPLICE REPAIR DRAWING NUMBER 42-7000 DATED 02/02/2007 AND LAR 0903001 DATED 03/12/2009.
DURING CLIMBOUT THE COPILOTS WINDSHIELD DEVELOPED A CRACK. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND MADE A SAFE LANDING IN MIA. THE WINDSHIELD WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING FLT (MIA-KIN) 5NM FROM KIN THE NR 2 ENG OIL PRESSURE DROPPED TO ZERO WITH CAP WARNING "ENG OIL" AND CRC. THE ENG WAS SHUTDOWN AND THE PIC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. UPON INSP AFTER LANDING, THE COWLING WAS COVERED WITH OIL. AN OVERSPEED HYDRAULIC PUMP HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE THE CAUSE FOR THE LOSS OF ENG OIL.
