AFTER ROTATION GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP. COMPLETED CHECKLISTS AND RECOVERED GEAR DOWN. UNDERWEIGHT LANDING AND EMERGENCY DECLARED FOR POSSIBLE PAX EGRESS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NOSE SQUAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY DUE TO FAILED GEAR RETRACTION, AND INSTALLED A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW NOSE SQUAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY. WHEN CONDUSTING THE POWER ON CHECKLIST THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT TEST PROPERLY. IN THE ON POSITION LIGHTS ILLUMINATE. IN THE ARM POSITION THE LIGHTS WILL NOT ILLUMINATE. ALSO THE RIGHT EXTERIOR WING INSPECTION LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE DURING THE TEST. REMOVED NUMBER 1 EMERGENCY BATTERY AND NUMBER 2 EMERGENCY BATTERY AND INSTALLED REPAIRED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NUMBER 1 EMERGENCY BATTERY PN AND NUMBER 2 EMERGENCY BATTERY. PERFORMED TC-FLT-33-1001 WITH NO DEFECT NOTED. REF CE700 MM 33-50-07.

EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY: EMERGENCY BATTERY LIGHTS WILL NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN NO POWER IS ON THE AIRCRAFT AND EMER LIGHTS ARE SELECTED TO ARM. PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT COME ON IN THE ARM POSITIONS UNLESS YOU PUT THE R ELEC AND L ELEC SWITCH TO EMER POSITIONS. WORK PERFORMED PER CE 700 AMM 33-50-00.
ON TAKEOFF THE AIRPLANE TOOK AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF DOWNWARD TRIM TO KEEP THE NOSE IN CONFIGURATION. DURING CLIMB-OUT WE WERE SEEING A -.2 ON THE TRIM, BUT STILL CLIMBING 2500 TO 3000 FEET PER MINUTE. THE HAND FLYING FEEL FELT LIKE WE MIGHT HAVE HAD ICE STILL ON THE TAIL. THE AUTO THROTTLES ALSO PULLED BACK DURING THIS TIME AND THE COMMAND BARS WERE WANTING ABOUT 5 DEGREES PITCH WHILE THE AIRSPEED WAS AROUND 250 TO 270KTS. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECKS OF ALL PRIMARY FLIGHT CONTROLS AND PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE ELEVATOR TRIM THROUGHOUT THE FULL RANGE OF TRAVEL. PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME, WORK PERFORMED WITH REF. TO THE AMM 27-40-00 AND 27-00-00.
CLIMBING THROUGH 11,000 FEET AT 93 % N1, THE NR 1 ENGINE COMPUTER LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE LEFT ENGINE ROLLED BACK APRX 20 % N1. QRH CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED. LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED THE ENTIRE TIME UNTIL ENGINE SHUTDOWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT ENGINE WIRING HARNESS IAW LMM 72-00-02. REPOSITIONED THE LT DIGITAL ELECTRONIC ENGINE COMPUTER (DEEC) TO RT POSITION AND REPOSITIONED THE RT DEEC TO LT POSITION IAW MM 76-20-00. RAN AIRCRAFT LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINES OPS CHECKED GOOD.
LEFT & RT WHEEL BRAKE PEDALS ON LT PILOTS SIDE HAVE EXCESSIVE TRAVEL ALMOST TO THE FLOORBOARD WHEN WHEEL BRAKES APPLIED UPON LANDING. PEDALS HAVE A VERY SPONGY FEEL WHEN BRAKES APPLIED. RT PILOTS BRAKE PEDALS FEEL OK, NO EXTERNAL LEAKS OBSERVED. INSPECTED BRAKES, NO VISIBLE LEAKAGE OR EXCESSIVE WEAR FOUND. PERFORMED BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURES IAW MM CH 32-40-00. OPERATIONS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
PILOT'S SIDE RT BRAKE PEDAL DEPRESSES ALL THE WAY TO THE STOP. ONLY MINIMAL PRESSURE SHOWING ON THE GUAGE. NO BRAKING AVAILABLE FROM RT PEDAL. FOUND PILOTS RT MASTER CYLINDER LEAKING. R & R PILOTS RT MASTER CYLINDER, BLED MASTER CYLINDER AND RT BRAKE SYS IAW, MM32-40-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
RIGHT BRAKE IS SPONGY, COMPARED TO THE LEFT. BLED RIGHT BRAKES INBD AND OTBD IAW AMM 32-40-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
LOUD SNAP SOUND IN COCKPIT FOLLOWED BY RED MASTER WARNING. NO ASSOCIATED ANNUNCIATORS; CANCELED THE WARNING. CHECKED CIRCUIT BREAKERS, AMPS, VOLTS; ALL NORMAL. THE SNAP WAS LOUD ENOUGH TO GET BOTH PILOT'S ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. REMOVED PILOT'S & COPILOT'S DISPLAY. VISUALLY INSPECTED AREA BEHIND INSTRUMENT PANEL. NO DEFECTS FOUND. VISUALLY INSPECTED FUSELAGE, WING & STABILIZER AREAS. NO PROBLEMS FOUND. INSPECTED RADOME & FOUND SMALL BLACK PITTED AREAS THAT COULD BE CAUSED BY P-STATIC. TESTED RADOME BONDING USING MEGOHMMETER, TESTED SATISFACTORY IAW MEG-CHECK MANUAL NR: 17456. COMPLIED WITH LT AND RT ENGINES TAKEOFF POWER IAW MM 71-00-00, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED AT THIS TIME.
NO LT BRAKE PSI WHEN BRAKE PEDAL APPLIED. LT BRAKE PEDAL GOES ALL THE WAY TO STOP. RT BRAKE WORKS NORMAL. FOUND THE PILOTS LT MASTER CYLINDER LEAKING EXTERNALLY. REMOVED THE MASTER CYLINDER AND INSTALLED A INSPECTED MASTER CYLINDER REF MM 32-40-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
IN FLIGHT WE LOST ALL COMMUNICATIONS, APPEARED TO BE STUCK MIC ON CAPTAINS SIDE. WHEN WE SWITCHED RADIOS IT FOLLOWED TO NEXT RADIO. WE FINALLY WERE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE ON EMERGENCY. TIGHTENED LOOSE HAND MIC JACKS IN YOKE. REPOSTIONED COPILOTS BOOM MIC JACK TO ALLOW PLUG TO FULLY SEAT INTO JACK. OPERATIONALLY CHECKED ALL COMMUNICATIONS FUNCTIONS. ALL CHECKS OK AMM CH 23-11-05-501.
ON TAKEOFF, IMMEDIATELY AFTER APR WAS ARMED, BOTH N1 SPEEDS WENT TO 100.5 BUT LT CLIMBED TO 100.7, ABORTED TAKE OFF.
AFTER TAKEOFF, GOT RED NOSE GEAR RT GEAR AND LT GEAR INDICATIONS ALSO GREEN LT GEAR INDICATION. REPLACED LT GEAR DOWN LOCK SWITCH IAW MM 32-60-00. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
ENG NR 1 FUEL AND FUEL LOOK UP LIGHT CAME ON DURING T/O ROLL. T/O ABORTED AT APPROX 60 KTS, LIGHT WENT OUT WITH THROTTLES REDUCTION. REPLACED BOTH FUEL FILTERS P/N 897830-1. RAN BOTH ENGINES. OPS & LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW H800XP MM CHP 73-22-01. REF FAS 07-1085.
ENGINE 1 FUEL LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF AT 60KTS. REMOVED FILTER AND SHIPPED TO HONEYWELL FOR TEST. INSTALLED NEW FILTER, OPERATED ENGINE ON GROUND THROUGH VARIOUS POWER SETTINGS. LEAK CHECK AND OPERATIONS OK, REF 73-21-02.
ENG 2 FUEL ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT CAME ON DURING TAKEOFF ROLL. REPLACED THE NR 2 FUEL FILTER IAW TFE-731-5 HONEYWELL LMM CHAPT 73-21-02, LEAK CHECK GOOD.
