ON TAXI OUT, SMOKE WAS OBSERVED IN THE COCKPIT. THE #2 AUTO TEMP SELECT FAULTED WITH ELECTRIC SMOKE ON CAP. CORRECTIVE ACTION IN WORK.
MAIN CARGO DOOR FORWARD OUTER LATCH FITTING CRACKED. MAIN CARGO DOOR LOWER INNER SKIN CRACKED AT OUTER LATCH FITTING. REMOVED DAMAGED SECTION OF SKIN, FABRICATED NEW SECTION OF SKIN FROM 2024-T3, PO 198454, .032" FABRICATED 2 EA REPAIR DOUBLERS FROM 2024-T3, .040" PO 171350. ALODINED, PRIMED, AND INSTALLED REPAIRED PARTS IAW DWG D16050701. PAINTED IAW SRM 51-21-28.
DURING CRUISE AT FL 190, HOT AIR STARTED COMING OUT OF DUCTS & TEMP CONTINUES TO GET HOTTER, TEMP ABOVE 100 DEGREES. TEMP SWITCHED TO MANUAL MODE & NOTHING CHANGED, RAN THE CHECKLIST, DECLARED AN EMER & RETURNED TO FIELD. R & R NR 1 TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE IAW MM JIC 21-61-51 RAI 10000. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD IAW MM JIC 72-00-00.
DURING FLIGHT, THE BLUE HYD SYSTEM LOW LEVEL INDICATION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. 30 MINUTES LATER THE GREEN SYS INDICATION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY & THE ACFT LANDED SAFELY. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING THE ACOUSTIC FILTER IT WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN EXTREME LEAK AT THE PUMP AREA. THE MECHANIC REPLACED THE ACOUSTIC FILTER IAW JIC29-10-00 RAI 10080. THE SYS CHECKED GOOD IAW JIC 29-00-00 PAD 10010.
DURING APPROACH, HAD ELECTRICAL BURNED ODOR IN COCKPIT. SYSTEM LIGHT ON FOR FDR CAME ON. FOUND CIRCUT BRAKERS FDAU/DFDR FLIGHT SUPPLY, FDAU/DFDR GROUND SUPPLY TRIPPED. INTERNAL COMPONENT THAT CAUSED THE BURNED ODOR IS PCB OF THE FDAU.
FOUND GOUGES IN CREASE BEAM WEB OUT OF LIMITS. REPLACED WEB IAW SRM.

CORROSION OUT OF LIMITS PER SRM 57-14-12 ON HOUSING SURFACE FOR PANEL 522CT AND 622CT. REPAIRED IAW ATR STRUCTURAL REPAIR APPROVAL SHEET NUMBER DO/TS-4852/11.
AFTER DEPARTURE FROM BQN THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED NR 1 ENGINE TORQUE DROP TO ZERO AFTER TWO STRONG SHUDDERS. THE PILOT SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THEN DIVERTED TO SJU, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING MAINTENANCE DETERMINED THE ENGINE WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO METAL IN THE OIL FILTER.
ENROUTE, LOW OIL PRESSURE FOR NR 1 ENG INDICATED. THE CREW SHUTDOWN THE NR 1 ENG AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. AFTER ARRIVING SAFELY, MX REPLACED THE STARTER GENERATOR SEAL AND COMPLETED THE APPROPRIATE CHECKS. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING INDUCTION INSPECTION FOR PASSENGER TO FREIGHTER CONVERSION MODIFICATION, INSPECTION REVEALED 2 AREAS OF SEVERE CHAFING RESULTING IN EXPOSURE OF CONDUCTOR WIRES FOR AC WILD FEEDERS AT RT SIDE CABIN AREA BETWEEN FRAMES 15-17 APPROXIMATELY STINGER 5R. (SW17200603842) (K)
