WITH EMER LIGHTS - ON, ALL LIGHTS ILLUMINATE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RIGHT WING INSPECTION LIGHT//CORRECTIVE ACTION//REMOVED AND REPLACED #1AND #2 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK, OPS CHECKS GOOD, ALL WORK DONE I.A.W. CE-700 AMM CH 33-50-07.
EMERG EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: WITH BATTERIES OFF AND EMER SWITCH IN ARMED THERE ARE NO LIGHTS COMING ON. WHEN THE EMER SWITCH IS FLIPPED TO THE ON POSITION THE LIGHTS ILLUMINATE AS PRESCRIBED. PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERY EXCERCISE PROCEDURE IAW NETJETS TC-FLT-33-1001 REV 2 DATED 200CT2022. PERFORMED EMERGENCY UGHTING OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW CE-700 AMM 33-50-00. OPS CHECK PASSED.
EXTENSION / RETRACTION: AFTER TAKEOFF LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TO THE UP POSITION. AT APPROXIMATELY 400' AMBER GROUND DETECT FAULT CAS ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY WHITE ENG CTRL FAULT L/R. PERFORMED QRH PROCEDURES FOR GROUND DETECT FAULT AND LANDING GEAR WILL NOT RETRACT. REMOVED DEFECTLVE LH MAIN LANDING GEAR WBA HARNESS PN: 8250802-1 SN: 30245823AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW MAIN LANDING GEAR WBA HARNESS PN: 8250802-1 SN: 32595791.C. WORK PERFORMED !AW CE-700 AMM 32-60-06. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR TOP MOST STEP IS ELEVATED ABOUT 1 INCH ABOVE FLUSH. DEFINITE TRIP HAZARD. PICS ATTACHED. INSPECTED STEP RISER HINGES AND NOTED ALL THREE ARE BROKEN. REPLACED STEP HINGES PER CESSNA CE700 MM 52-10-05. DOOR OPS CHECK GOOD.
ACFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZE EVENLY; ALT WARNING HORN SOUNDED AND MASKED FELL AS WE CLIMBED THOUGH FL200. AFTER EMERGENCY DESCENT, APU WAS REENGAGED BUT EVEN THEN ALT WARNING HORN STAYED ON UNTIL BELOW 8000FT; AND BOTH CREW CONFIRMED ONGOING PRESSURE FLUCTUATIONS. R & R UPPER AND LOWER CABIN PRESSURE CHECK VALVES IAW MM 21-30-00. PERFORMED GROUND PRESSURIZATION CHECKS. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
NR 2 ENG SHUTDOWN IN FLT DUE TO FLUCTUATION OF N1, N2, & FUEL FLOW. FLUCTUATIONS INCREASED AS POWER DECREASED. PRIOR TO SHUTDOWN, ENG FLUCTATED 75-95 % N1. A SMALL FLUCTUATION OBSERVED AFTER DEPARTURE. ENG NORMAL TO FL 400. INSPECTED INLET & EXHAUST FOUND NO DAMAGE & CHECKED OK DPI & CHIP DETECTOR. NO FAULTS FOUND. MOTORED ENGINE & NOTED NO UNUSAL NOISES. RAN ENGINE FOR 3-4 MINUTES NO ABNORMAL INDICATIONS. REPLACED N2 TRANSDUCER, RAN ENGINE FOR APPROX 15 MIN. NO FAULTS NOTED. CHANGED N2 TRANSPONDER DUE TO LOST OF SIGNAL. OPS CHECKED GOOD, WORKED IAW MM 77-10-05. C/W BIRD STRIKE INSP ON BOTH ENGINES & AIRFRAME IAW 5-50.
ELECTRIC PITCH TRIM WENT FULL NOSE DOWN WHEN LEVEL AT 38000. ELECTRIC PITCH TRIM CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS PULLED. ELECTRIC PITCH MOTOR CONTINUED TO RUN WITH CIRCUIT BREAKER PULLED. WERE ABLE TO OVER-POWER THE MOTOR AND MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE ACFT. DESCENDING THROUGH APPROX 25000, PITCH TRIM CONTROL WHEEL BECAME EASIER TO OPERATE. TRIM WHEEL THEN OPERATED NORMALLY IN THE MANUAL MODE. REPLACED THE LT FLIGHT GUIDANCE COMPUTER WITH AN INSPECTED UNIT. OPS CHECK IS GOOD IAW MM CH 22-16-00 AND 34-11-29 AND 34-22-05 PERFORMED RVSM CRITICAL AREA INSP IAW MM CH 34-11-29 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR RETRACTION PERFORMED, RED "R GEAR" ILLUMUNATED AND STAYED ILLUMINATED CONTINOUSLY UNTIL SUBSEQUENT GEAR EXTENSION. ADJUSTED RT MLG DOOR ROLLER. PERFORMED RIGGING OF RT MLG DOOR OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 32-10-41.
AFTER GEAR RETRACTION, RED 'R GEAR' ANNUNCIATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED ON WITH NO FLICKERING. PERFORMED ABNORMAL CHECKLIST, EXTENDED GEAR WITH ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL AND MADE NORMAL LANDING. REPLACED RT MLG DOOR UPLOCK SWITCH IAW DWG 25-8NAS-316A, ISS 10. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF RT GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ON. RECYCLED GEAR AND LIGHT REMAINED ON. AFTER EXTENDING GEAR, ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. ADJUSTED RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH IAW AMM 32-60-00.
AILERON TRIM KNOB FROZEN IN NEUTRAL POSITION ,WILL NOT TURN. REMOVED AND REPLACED AILERON TRIM TAB ACTUATOR IAW MM 27-10-71, OPS CHECKS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. (HAD BEEN DEICED) FOUND CHAFING WIRES ON LT MLG SQUAT SWITCH AT UPPER TORQUE LINK. REMOVED LT SQUAT SWITCH AND INSTALLED A NEW SQUAT SWITCH AS REQUIRED. LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RETRACTION AND WEIGHT ON WHEEL SWITCH OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLETED ALL WORK IAW MM 32-10-12 AND 29-10-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP AND SQUAT SWITCH LIGHT CAME ON. STALL IDENT ALSO ON. SHORT FINAL SQUAT SWITCH LIGHT WENT OUT. COULD NOT MOVE HANDLE UP. LT GEAR WAS FOUND TO BE IMPROPERLY GREASED CAUSING THE TORQUE LINKS AND SQUAT SWICH TO STAY COMPRESSED IN THE WEIGHT ON WHEELS POSITION. LUBED GEAR IAW AFSM PART 1 JACKED AND DOWNJACKED ACFT SEVERAL TIMES AND CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
RIGHT RED GEAR INDICATION ILLUMINATED WITH GEAR SELECTED UP. JACKED AIRCRAFT AND USED EXTERNAL HYDRAULIC CART TO SUPPLY FLUID TO GEAR SYSTEM. CYCLED GEAR NUMEROUS TIMES AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE. CHECKED SIDE STAY CLEARANCES AND ADJUSTED TO MINIMUM ALLOWABLE CLEARANCE. FOUND CAM LEVER TO BE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT, SET CAM TO MINIMUM CLEARANCE OF .01 AND SWUNG GEAR NUMEROUS TIMES. ALL GEAR INDICATIONS IN COCKPIT ARE NORMAL. WORK IAW HAWKER 800 XP AMM 32-10-00/32-60-00.
GOODYEAR FLIGHT EAGLE PN 237K23-2, SN 10961491 FAILED ON TAKE-OFF. SEPARATED TREAD PENETRATED WING UPPER SURFACE, ALSO DAMAGED FUSELAGE SIDE FAIRING AND RIGHT ENGINE NACELLE. A BRAKE HYDRAULIC LINE WAS ALSO RUPTURED. CAUSE OF FAILURE UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. AIRCRAFT TT 304 HOURS.
