RECEIVED AQRD APPROVAL (RFTS-117683 REV. 0) FOR ALTERNATE USE OF MOLYKOTE 33 MEDIUM EXTREME LOW TEMPERATURE GREASE. READJUSTED S5 VENT DOOR SWITCH AS REQUIRED AND ALSO FOUND VENT DOOR NOT CLOSING COMPLETLY. RIGGED VENT DOOR AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED GOOD OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH THE ACCESS OPEN. CLOSED ACCESS BY REINSTALLING CABIN DOOR STEPS AND TRIM PANELS. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF STEP ENTRY LIGHTS, OPS CHECK GOOD. CABIN AND COCKPIT LIGHTING ON, EMER LIGHTING ON AND CABIN ENTERTAINMENT ON FOR SEVERAL HOURS DURING RUNS AND THEN FOR SEVERAL HOURS IN THE HANGER NO ELECTRICAL ODOR NOTED. COULD NOT DUPLICATE. GROUND RAN AIRCRAFT FOR INSPECTION RUN. NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING NEEDED PER AMCC.

ON ARRIVAL, THE "LT" GEAR DOWN INDICATION LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. JACKED ACFT, RESET EMERGENCY BLOW-DOWN BOTTLE. REMOVED AIR FROM SYSTEM. FOUND ROTARY KNOB WOULD NOT TEST. REPLACED ALL (4) LAMPS. SWITCH TEST NORMAL. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS SEVERAL TIMES. ALL INDICATIONS ARE NORMAL.
