P/N OFF101-52-1054-2 S/N UNK IAWB300AMM27-50-11. SAFETY SWITCH LINK ARM WORN. REMOVED AND REPLACED ARM AND HARDWARE IAW B300AMM27-50-11. PERFORMED MOC OF FLAPS,MOC CHECK GOOD.
AT FL310 RIGHT ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE EXCEEDED 99* CELSIUS FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. PEAKED AT 102* CELSIUS AND WAS STABLE AT 101* CELSIUS WHEN THE RIGHT THROTTLE WAS REDUCED TO IDLE. AT BELOW FL180 THE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE RETURNED TO NORMAL RANGE. ENGINE OIL PRESSURE, ITT AND ALL OTHER PARAMETERS WERE IN NORMAL OPERATING RANGE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE OIL COOLER THERMOSTAT VALVE. ENGINE SOAP SAMPLE, OIL FILTER AND AGB CHIP DETECTOR CHECK PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. GROUNDS ENGINE RUNS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
UPON SHUTDOWN POST FLIGHT FUEL LEAK DISCOVERED FROM RT ENG NACELLE. REPLACED THE RT FUEL CELL. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DEPARTED, SHORTLY AFTER LEVELING OFF AT FL 250, HYD FLUID LOW, CAUTION ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST & CONTINUED TO DESTINATION. DURING NEXT SEVERAL MINUTES CREW HEARD GEAR PUMP MOTOR CYCLING FOLLOWED BY LG RELAY CB EXTENDED. DURING APPROACH LG WOULD NOT EXTEND. AN EMER WAS DECLARED & A MANUAL LG EXTENSION WAS PERFORMED IAW CHECKLIST. CONFIRMED 3 GREEN LG INDICATION. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MX TROUBLE SHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A DEFECTIVE LG EXTENSION & RETRACTION ACCUMULATOR. GEAR ACCUMULATOR WAS REPLACED & ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
BEFORE TAXIING CREW EXPERIENCED SMOKE ENTERING THE CABIN AFTER ENG START. SMOKE WENT AWAY WHEN RT ENG BLEED AIR WAS TURNED OFF. CREW IMMEDIATELY SHUTDOWN THE ENG. PERFORMED ENG RUNS WITH CREW. ENG BLEED & ENVIRONMENTAL SYS WAS OPERATED & NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB THE RT ENG BLEED FAIL ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT CAME ON. ACCOMPLISHED THE BLEED AIR FAILURE CHECKLIST THEN REQUESTED CLEARANCE TO LAND. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. TROUBLE SHOT THE DISCREPANCY & FOUND A FAULTY RT BLEED AIR SENSE LINE. SENSE LINE WAS REPLACED & A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
