COPILOT SIDE SIDE WINDOW HAS A CRACK UPPER AFT CORNER. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED RH COCKPIT SIDE WINDOW IAW AMM 56-10-10. OPS/LEAK CHECK GOOD.
EMERG LIGHT SWITCH: EMER LIGHTS INOP. IN "ON" POSITION, ISLE LIGHTS ARE THE ONLY LIGHTS THAT COME ON AND ARE DIM. IN "ARM" POSITION, NO EMER LIGHTS COME ON.///SIGN-OFF///REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY PN CBS28-1 IAW CESSNA 700 AMM 30-50-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER SELECTING GEAR DOWN, ONLY THE 2 MAIN GEAR LIGHTS WERE GREEN. NOSE GEAR HAD NO GREEN OR RED LIGHTS. NOSE GEAR PIN WAS UP (INDICATING GEAR DOWN). LIGHTS TESTED NORMAL. AFTER ABOUT 10 SECONDS. NOSE GEAR INDICATED GREEN WITH NO RED. ALL OTHER INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. CHECKED AND FOUND BACKSHELL FOR NLG DOWNLOCK SWITCH BACKED OFF SHOWING 4-5 THREADS. TIGHTENED BACKSHELL. APPLIED CONTACT CLEANER TO BOTH DOWNLOCK AND GEAR DOOR MICRO SWITCHES. OPS CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS.
INVESTIGATED PILOT REPORT OF LT (PILOT'S) INSTRUMENT PANEL CA ADC REVERSIONARY SWITCH BEING STUCK IN PLACE, UNABLE TO SWITCH FUNCTIONS. VERIFIED PN 4882-580 SWITCH ASSY. STUCK IN RECESSED POSITION. FOUND SWITCH ASSY. OPERATION BEING RESTRICTED BY EXCESSIVE LENGTH MOUNTING SCREW ATTACHING LT INBD DISPLAY'S (MFD) IMT-3010 MOUNT RACK TO STRUCTURE EXTENDING INTO ANNUNCIATOR ASSY BELOW. REPLACED DAMAGED ADC REVERSIONARY SWITCH AND AFFECTED IMT-3010 MOUNTING SCREW, SWITCH FUNCTIONS NORMAL. RECOMMEND MFG ADD A NOTE TO THE APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE PROLINE 21-EQUIPPED ACFT MM REGARDING USE OF CORRECT INSTRUMENT MOUNTING HARDWARE.

FOUND SWITCH ASSY. LOCKED IN PLACE BY EXCESSIVE LENGTH CTR MOUNTING SCREW ATTACHING RT INSTRUMENT PANEL CD INBD (MFD) AFD-3010 DISPLAY UNIT'S IMT-3010 MOUNTING RACK (REF IPC 31-10-05-60H FIG 4, ITEMS 275, 280) JAMMING INTO SWITCH ASSY. BELOW. REQUIRED CUTTING APART SWITCH ASSY FOR REMOVAL. REPLACED AHS REVERSIONARY SWITCH ASSY AND IMT-3010 MOUNTING SCREW WITH CORRECT LENGTH SCREW, OPS CHECK OK. TRANSIENT ACFT, HISTORY UNKNOWN. RECOMMEND MFG INCORPORATE A NOTE IN THE APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE ACFT MM REGARDING ADHERING TO CORRECT INSTRUMENT MOUNTING HARDWARE USE.
LT PFD STARTED TO FLICKER 1 HOUR INTO FLIGHT. STROBE EFFECT. VERIFIED DISCREPANCY. FOUND LT PFD TO FLICKER AT POWER UP AND THEN GO BLANK. REMOVED LEFT PFD AND RIGHT PFD. CONNECTED LEFT PFD IN RIGHT SIDE, PFD STILL FLICKERS AT POWER UP AND THEN GOES BLANK. REINSTALLED RIGHT PFD. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT PFD. IAW MM 34-60-35.
SMOKE COMING FROM FLOOD VENT REAR CABIN. ACCESSED CABIN TEMP CONTROL VALVE, ACCOMPLISHED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF VALVE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED VALVE & INSPECTED BUTTERFLY, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED VALVE. FUNCTIONAL TEST TEMP CONTROL SYS IN BOTH AUTO & MANUAL, NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO SMOKE DETECTED. ACCESSED WATER SEPARATER. REMOVED & INSPECTED SOCK. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED CONDENSOR SOCK & WATER SEPARATOR. TEMP CONTROL VALVE REPLACED AS A PRECAUTION. REMOVED VALVE & INSTALLED O/H VALVE ACCOMPLISHED OPS CHECKS LEAK CHECKS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW MM 21-60-00, 21-10-95, 21-60-67.
BAG FIRE LIGHT CAME ON IN FLIGHT DURING T/O. 09-28-07 FOUND BLEED AIR DUCT LEAKING TIGHTENED DUCT CLAMP OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW HAWKER 800XP AMM 21-10-15.
BAG FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. REPLACED SMOKE DETECTOR SYSTEM CONTROL AMPLIFIER I/A/W 800XP MM ADDENDA 26-11-00. OPS CHECK GOOD WITH TEST SWITCHES.
BAG FIRE LIGHTS REMAINS ILLUMINATED. THIS IS A REPEAT WRITE-UP FROM 08/27/07. REMOVED FWD SMOKE DETECTOR P/N 473597-14 S/N 0754 AND INSTALLED NEW UNIT S/N 1271. REMOVED AFT SMOKE DETECTOR P/N 473597-14 S/N 0758 AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE UNIT S/N 0837. REMOVED LAV SMOKE DETECTOR P/N 473597-14 S/N 0729 AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE UNIT 0829. SERVICEABLE UNIT WERE REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT N884QS S/N 258734. OPS CHECK GO SYSTEM SHOWS ALL NORMAL OPERATION. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM CHP 26-15-51.
BAG FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TOUCHDOWN. CHECKED ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AT FWD, AFT AND LAV SMOKE DETECTORS, SMOKE DETECTOR AMPLIFIER AND ALL THREE TEST SWITCHES AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. TAXIED AIRCRAFT, ALL OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW AMM 26-10-00.
