ON APPROACH THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATOR WAS VERY DIM. CREW CYCLED THE LANDING GEAR AND LIGHT CAME ON BRIGHT. A GO AROUND WAS EXECUTED. TOWER NOTIFIED EMERGENCY VEHICLES TO STANDBY AS A PRECAUTION. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO AN INTERMITTENT RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT BULB. REPLACED BULB. CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL270 NOTICED DELAMINATION AND CRACK ON UPPER LEFT CORNER OF THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD. RAN CHECKLIST AND DIVERTED TO KSTL. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD AND TEMP CONTROLLER. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE RUDDER BOOST ANNUNCIATOR INTERMITTENTLY CAME ON SEVERAL TIMES DURING FLIGHT. FOLLOWED ABNORMAL PROCEDURES, DIVERTED AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND REPLACED THE AUTOPILOT TRIM SWITCH. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT CRUISE ALTITUDE LT ENG OIL PRESS WENT TO 85 PSI & CONTINUED TO DROP. OIL WAS OBSERVED COMING FROM THE LT ENG BEHIND THE PROPELLER, AT 65 PSI ENG WAS SHUT DOWN. AN EMER WAS DECLARED & ACFT DIVERTED. SECURED THE OIL VENT LINE FROM THE TORQUE TRANSMITTER AT THE POWER SECTION CASE. ENG WAS SERVICED WITH OIL. ENG GND RUNS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED & A POST OCF INSPECTION WAS ALSO PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
RIGHT ENG POWER LEVER DOES NOT RESPOND PROPERLY TO LEVER MOVEMENT. R & R THE RT ENG FCU. GND OPERATIONS & LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED & ACFT IT WAS RTS.
RIGHT ENG CONDITION LEVER WILL NOT ADVANCE OUT OF FUEL CUT OFF. REPLACED THE RT ENG FUEL CONTROL UNIT. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
DURING OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT FOR FCU REPLACEMENT EXCESSIVE TORQUE SPLIT WITH THROTTLES MATCHED. RIGGED & ADJUSTED THE RT ENG FCU. A SUCCESSFUL OCF WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
THE RT FUEL CUT OFF LEVER IS VERY HARD TO MOVE IN EITHER DIRECTION. REPLACED THE RIGHT FCU. OPERATION & LEAK CHECKED OK. ACFT WAS RTS.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, ACFT BEGAN TO YAW & RT ENG POWER ROLLED BACK. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED & ACFT EXITED THE RUNWAY SAFELY. TROUBLE SHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A FAULTY RT ENG FUEL CONTROL UNIT. THE RT ENG FUEL CONTROL UNIT WAS REPLACED & A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT 25,000' CRUISE THE ACFT SUDDENLY DEPRESSURIZED. CABIN ALTITUDE INDICATED 25,000', WHITE ALT & RED CAB ALT LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PAX OXYGEN MASKS DEPLOYED, LIGHT ILLUMINATED & WARNING HORN SOUNDED. ACFT LANDED SAFELY. R & R THE CABIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER & SECURED THE PAX OXYGEN MASKS. A SUCCESSFUL SYS OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FUEL LEAK ON RT WING BY WW. REPLACED THE RT AFT BOX & NACELLE FUEL BLADDERS. LEAK CHECKED OK. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. THIS SDR IS BEING SUBMITTED DUE TO A TREND OF NUMEROUS B300 WHEELS UP FLEET FUEL BLADDER LEAK REPORTS. BELIEVES THAT THE LEAKING FUEL BLADDERS ARE THE RESULT OF A BAD BATCH FROM ONE MANUFACTURER. THE REPLACEMENT FUEL BLADDERS ARE FROM A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER HAVE BEEN RELIABLE.
