ON APPROACH WITH FLAP HANDLE SELECTED TO DOWN POSITION, FLAPS REMAINED IN UP POSITION. EMERGENCY DECLARED, FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND 0* FLAP LANDING INTO KHYI WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT FLAP SPLIT SWITCH MECHANISM LINKAGES. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CRUISE FLIGHT CREW SMELLED SMOKE IN THE CABIN. DIVERTED TO KIND AND FIRE TRUCKS WERE STANDING BY. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED A FAILED AFT EVAPORATOR BLOWER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND ON FINAL APPROACH. MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION PERFORMED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT MLG SAFETY SWITCH, GEAR HANDLE CONTROL , LEFT GEAR UP PRESSURE SWITCH, AND CIRCUIT BREAKER. A SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON PREFLIGHT CREW NOTICED LT ENG OIL DIPSTICK WAS DETACHED FROM FILLER CAP ASSEMBLY & NOT VISIBLE INSIDE FILL TUBE. MX RETRIEVED OIL DIPSTICK FROM INSIDE OIL TANK. LATEST CONFIGURATION OIL FILLER TUBE & DIPSTICK ASSEMBLY WITH BALL CHECK VLV INSTALLED IAW SB 72-13487. ENG SERVICED WITH OIL. LEAK CHECK PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
