CREW REPORTED F/O WINDSHIELD CRACKED IN FLIGHT, CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO SYR, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. A/C WAS FERRIED TO MKE, AND MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE F/O WINDSHIELD PER EMB AMM.
CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ELPU NR 1 PER EMB AMM. A/C WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
WHILE AC WAS IN FOR HEAVY CHECK, LEVEL TWO CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE AFT LAV SERVICE PANEL. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LAV SERVICE PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY PER THE EMB SRM. AC STILL OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY CHECK COMPLETION.
WHILE AC WAS IN FOR HEAVY CHECK, LEVEL TWO CORROSION WAS FOUND, IN WHICH DUE TO THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE WAS ALSO CLASSIFIED AS A MAJOR REPAIR, ON RT FLOORBEAM AT FR 17. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLOORBEAM PER THE EMB SRM. AC STILL OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY CHECK COMPLETION.

CREW REPORTED LT BRAKE FAULT MSG WHILE AT CRUISE, MSG CLEARED UPON DESCENT. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT MKE. MAINTENANCE WAS DISPATCHED TO THE A/C TO TROUBLESHOOT AND FOUND THE LT OUTBOARD WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER AT FAULT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT OUTBOARD WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER PER EMB AMM. A/C WAS THEN RELEASED BACK INTO SERVICE.
MTX REPORTS L1 DOOR SLIDE LACES HAD STARTED TO COME UN-DONE AND THE SLIDE WAS COMING OUT OF THE BAG. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE L-1 DOOR SLIDE PER EMB AMM. A/C WAS THEN RELEASED BACK INTO SERVICE.
CREW RECEIVED A RT BRAKE FAIL MSG DURING LANDING INTO OMA, AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE DISPATCHED TO THE A/C AND TROUBLESHOT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RIGHT O/B BRAKE TO BE AT FAULT, AND CHANGED THE O/B BRAKE AND WHEEL PER EMB AMM. MTX PERFORMED OPS CHECKS AND A/C WAS THEN RELEASED BACK INTO SERVICE.
CREW RECEIVED A BLEED ONE LEAK ON EICAS. CREW FOLLOWED QRH AND DROPPED TO FLIGHT LEVEL 310. DIVERTED TO PIT DUE TO ICING CONDITIONS FOR MKE. AC LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TAXIED TO GATE. MAINT CALLED OUT AND FOUND A CONNECTOR ON THE LT BLEED PACK ODS LOOP NR 3 SHORTED. REPLACED CONNECTOR PER AMM. AC RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL CREW VISUALLY NOTED THAT ENGINE NR 1 INGESTED A BIRD, ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO THE GATE WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED INSPECTION AND REPLACED 3 BLADE PAIRS.
CREW REPORTED AT TAKEOFF A/C HAD A SHIMMY. DURING GEAR RETRACTION NOTICE LEFT MAIN LADING GEAR RETRACTED SLOWER NORMAL RECEIVED LEFT HAND BRAKE FAULT MESSAGE. CREW CONTINUED ON TO DCA THEN DIVERTED TO IAD AND LANDED. MAINTENANCE FOUND LEFT HAND MAIN LANDING GEAR INBOARD TIRE BLOWN, PROXIMITY SWITCH BRACKET BENT AND SMALL DENTS IN FLAP. MAINTENACE REMOVED AND REPLACED TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLIES AND PROXIMITY SWITCH BRACKET AND SENSOR THEN FERRIED A/C TO INDIANAPOLIS FOR FINAL REPAIRS.
AS SOON AS THE POWER WAS SET TO GO, ADS1 FAIL EICAS AND ASSOCIATED MASTER CAUTION ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT WAS UNDER 40 KTS. T/O WAS ABORTED. MESSAGES WERE CLEARED. AIRCRAFT TAXIED BACK FOR A SECOND ATTEMPT. THE SECOND ATTEMPT, BEFORE THE POWER WAS SET, TAT1 FAIL AND ADS 1 FAIL MESSAGES APPEARED. AIRCRAFT TAXIED BACK TO THE GATE FOR MAINTENANCE AFTER THE SECOND ABORT. THE FLIGHT CONTINUED WITHOUT INCIDENT AFTER MX CLEARED ANY FAULTS IAW THE ERJ-170 FAULT ISOLATION MANUAL. NO FURTHER FAULTS WITH THE AIRCRAFT.
