CB'S CHECKED AND GEAR UP WARNING HORN SOUND WHEN LEVER IN DOWN POSITION. EMERGENCY DECLARED & FLAPS UP LANDING UNEVENTFUL. FLAPS CHECKED AGAIN ON DECK. NO MOVEMENT. FOUND L/H FLAP SAFETY SWITCH WAS INTERMITTENLY FUNCTIONAL. R&R L/H FLAP SAFETY SWITCH WITH NEW SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

ON TAKE OFF JUST AFTER ROTATION R ENG OIL TEMP WENT YELLOW @ 105* C. THEN 109* C. DURING THE COURSE CHANGE TURN THE R ENG OIL TEMP TURNED RED @ 117*C. STAYED THERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 3-5 SECONDS UNTIL LEVEL OFF AND POWER REDUCED TO 42 % AND OIL TEMP WENT TO 58*C. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL COOLER BYPASS VALVE. GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING LANDING WHEN THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS SELECTED TO THE DOWN POSITION, ONLY THE LEFT AND RIGHT MLG GREEN ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. NLG GREEN ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE. ANNUNCIATOR BULB TEST WAS GOOD. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND MANUALLY LOWERED THE LANDING GEARS. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED TO THE RAMP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED A FAULTY NLG DOWNLOCK SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED, OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
