THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED MULTIPLE FAILURES OF PITCH AND ROLL MIS-TRIM. PITCH MIS-TRIM EXHIBITED EXTREME PITCH PRESSURES REQUIRING TWO HANDS WHEN DISCONNECTING AUTOPILOT, PUTTING AIRCRAFT IN UNSAFE PITCH UP ATTITUDE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE NO1 INTEGRATED FLIGHT COMPUTER (ICA) WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE UNIT WAS REMOVED AND A TESTED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICED.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE HEADING AND ATTITUDE ON PDF2 FAILED ON CLIMB OUT FROM AIRPORT. SELECTED HDG&ATT REV. AUTOPILOT WOULD NOT ENGAGE DUE TO LACK OF AHRS INPUT. THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND THE NO2 AHRS HAD FAILED. IT WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE EXTERIOR MAIN ENTRY DOOR HANDLE WOULD NOT STOW. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DOOR HANDLE SPRING WITH NEW. OPS CHECKS OK AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE DC MOTOR FOR THE BRAKE PUMP CONTINUOUSLY RUN. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND THE SHUTOFF SWITCH FOR THE ANTISKID BRAKE PUMP DEFECTIVE. THE HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED, SYSTEM WAS BLED, OPS CHECKS COMPLETED AND WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AFTER LANDING THAT A STAB MISCOMPARE FAULT WAS DISPLACED. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE AIRSPEED SWITCH WAS DEFECTIVE. THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED AND A NEW SWITCH PART P/N D45C-24. OPERATIONS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
