IN FLIGHT-RECEIVED R GEN TIE CASS MESSAGE -LOST RIGHT PILOT HEAT -LOST RIGHT PFD -LOST AUTOPILOT R GEN WOULD NOT RESET - REMOVED FAULTY RH ENGINE STARTER/GEN (P/N: 23085-001 S/N: P3529/CA) AND REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED STARTER/GEN (P/N: 23085-001 S/N: 2088/CA). PERFORMED OPS CHECK. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. PERFORMED SOAP ANALYSIS INSPECTION. WORK DONE IAW KING AIR B300 AMM SECTION 24-30-03 AND P&W PT6A-60A EMM SECTION 79-20-02. FILTER P/N 7579522AM.
AS WE STARTED TO TAXI OUT OF RAMP AT GMU, WE STARTED TO NOTICE STRONG ODOR OF EXHAUST/FUEL FROM THE EYEBALL VENTS, WE PROCEEDED TO RETURN TO RAMP AND SHUT DOWN
DURING CLIMB MASTER WARNING ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY CABIN DOOR UNLOCKED ANNUNCIATOR. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE, LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. CABIN DOOR UNLOCKED ANNUNCIATOR SYSTEM WAS DEFERRED IAW MINIMUM EQUIPMENT LIST. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL240 THE PITCH TRIM WAS JAMMED AT THE 0* SETTING & THE CONTROLS REQUIRED A NOTICEABLE BUT NOT EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF FWD PRESS TO MAINTAIN LEVEL FLIGHT. CREW LEFT THE PITCH TRIM IN CURRENT POSITION & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE ELEC PITCH TRIM WAS PREVIOUSLY DEFERRED & CURRENTLY ON MEL. PURGED ALL THE OLD GREASE WITH NEW FROM BOTH PITCH TRIM ACTUATORS. PITCH TRIM GND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
