DURING ROUTINE SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND FWD PROP SPINNER BULKHEAD CRACKED NEAR THE BOLT HOLES. NO APPARENT REASON COULD BE DETERMINED. THE PROP BOLTS WERE CORRECTLY TORQUED. THE PROP WAS CORRECTLY CLOCKED. GROUND AND FLIGHT CHECKS SHOWED NO ABNORMAL VIBRATION. (K)
