INSTALLED NEW/ SERVIABLE 344PT PANEL ON RH ELEVATOR I/A/W BOEING 737 SOPM 20-50-01 AND DRAWING # 183A0107 REV A. A-TAG= HI1427
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION FOUND METAL IN FILTER. SUSPECT METAL FROM CAM AND LIFTERS. LYCOMING RECOMMENDED ENGINE BE REMOVED AND SENT TO FACTORY FOR WARRANTY. ENGINE OVERHAULED BY LYCOMING 3/10/06. TSO 384.3
DURING CRUISE, CHARGING SYSTEM WOULD NOT INDICATE POSITIVE CHARGE RATE. RETURNED TO BASE. REPLACED BATTERY, OPS CHECK OK.
SMOKE EMITTING FROM PITOT HEAT SWITCH. RETURNED TO BASE. CHANGED SWITCH, NO OTHER DAMAGE.
STARTER WAS INTERMITTANT, RETURNED TO BASE.
ELEVATOR TRIM FROZEN, THAWED ICE, LUBED DRUM, CHECKS OK.
ELEVATOR TRIM STIFF. RETURNED TO AIRPORT.
