AUTOPILOT DISENGAGED AND THEN WE HAD A COMPLETE NAVIGATION FAILURE ON THE PFDS AND THE MFD. FMS DATA WAS REMOVED. RED FLAG BOXES ON THE PFD WERE FMS, FD, AND RA. THE MOVING MAP, RUDDER BOOST , CDU, AND TRANSPONDER, FAILED. THE RTU WAS ONLY ABLE TO INPUT COM1/NAV 1 FREQUENCIES. REMOVED L/H IAPS POWER SUPPLY P/N 822-1137-001 S/N 41GRFVL. INSTALLED REPAIRED IAPS POWER SUPPLY P/N 822-1137-001 S/N 28NNH. REF B300AMM31-40-03 OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON APPROACH P91 TRIP, GEAR HANDLE SELECTED TO DOWN POSITION, ONLY THE NLG AND RMLG GREEN ANNUNCIATOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. LEFT MLG ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO KGRR. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT MLG DOWNLOCK SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON CLIMB OUT AT ABOUT 18,500 FT THE OUTER PAIN OF LEFT FORWARD WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. NO PRESSURIZATION LOSS. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT WINDSHIELD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PILOTS & COPILOTS SIDE LEFT BRAKE FELT MUSHY AND UNRESPONSIVE. MAINTENANCE BLED BRAKE SYSTEM AND TAXI CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
UPON SELECTING LANDING GEAR HANDLE TO THE DOWN POSITION, GEAR HANDLE ANNUNCIATOR REMAINED RED WITH NO GREEN LIGHT INDICATIONS. MANUAL LANDING GEAR EXTENSION WAS PERFORMED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A RELAY CARD THAT WAS NOT SECURE. SECURED THE RELAY CARD. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED AND A SUCCESSFUL CREW OCF WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
WITH BATTERY POWER ON, EXTERNAL POWER CONNECTED & ON, ALONG WITH BLOWERS & ELECTRIC HEAT ON, THE CABIN FILLED WITH SMOKE. ACFT WAS POWERED DOWN. TROUBLE SHOT THE SQUAWK TO A FAULTY FWD CABIN EVAPORATOR BLOWER. EVAPORATOR BLOWER WAS REPLACED & THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH, WHEN FLAP HANDLE WAS SELECTED TO FLAP APPROACH, FLAP FAILED TO EXTEND. AN UNEVENTFUL FLAPS UP LANDING WAS PERFORMED IAW THE QRH. TROUBLE SHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A RT WING FLAP LIMIT SAFETY SWITCH ADJUSTMENT. THE RT WING FLAP LIMIT SAFETY SWITCH WAS ADJUSTED & A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL OUT APPROX 40 - 50 KTS THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT FLASHED FOLLOWED BY THE HYD FLUID LOW ANNUNCIATOR. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED. TAXI BACK WAS UNEVENTFUL. MX CHECKED THE HYD RESERVOIR FLUID LEVEL & THE ACCUMULATOR PRE-CHARGE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED & TESTED HYD LOW LEVEL CIRCUIT & PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
