EN ROUTE TO AKN FROM PDB AIRCRAFT HAD AN ALTERNATOR FAILURE AND LOSS RADIOS. PILOT TRIED TO GET LIGHT SIGNAL FROM AKN TOWER WITH NO SUCCESS AND DIVERTED TO 5NK AND CONTACTED AKN MAINTENACE. MAINTENANCE CHANGED OUT THE FAILED ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. FLIGHT CONTINUED TO AKN.
DEPARTED DLG AT APPROX 250 AGL ENGINE BEGAN RUNNING ROUGH AND LOST PARTIAL POWER. AIRCRAFT MADE UNEVENTFUL LANDING AT AIRPORT. MAINT FOUND RIGHT MAGNETO CAUSED PROBLEM. MAGNETO REPLACED AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PILOTS SIDE WINDOW DURING MODERATE TURBULENCE HAD PREVIOUS REPAIR COME LOOSE. AIRCRAFT REPAIRED BY AKN MAINTENANCE PER AC 43.13 PLEXIGLASS REPAIR PROCEDURE.
ENGINE WAS RUNNING A LITTLE ROUGH DURING CRUISE. AFTER LANDING AT DESTINATION ENGINE RPM WENT TO IDLE AFTER ADVANCING THROTTLE. RETURNED TO BLOCK. REPLACED FUEL SERVO. OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
DURING TAKEOFF, ENGINE STARTED TO CUT OUT. RETURNED TO BASE. ENGINE, FUEL SYSTEM AND IGNITION SYSTEM WERE INSPECTED AND FOUND SERVICEABLE NO FAULT FOUND. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO FURTHER PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN NOTED.
ON SHORT FINAL, ENGINE APPEARED TO SURGE. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. NO FAULT FOUND. PURGED FUEL FLOW SENSE LINE.
PILOT REPORTED ENGINE NO START, REPLACED BATTERY, NO OTHER FAULT FOUND.
