DURING CLIMB THE FLIGHT CREW GOT A BLEED 2 VALVE FAIL MESSAGE FOLLOWED BY A WING ANTI-ICE FAIL MESSAGE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 HIGH STAGE PRESSURE SWITCH AND THE NR 2 BLEED VALVE. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
PASSENGER DOOR HARD TO OPEN DURING POST FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND DOOR SECURES AND SEALS PROPERLY FOR A ONE TIME FERRY FLIGHT TO KSTL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED 2 AIRFRAME ROLLERS AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING CRUISE, THE PACK NR 2 OVERLOAD MSG APPEARED, PACK NR 2 VALVE CLOSED. THE CREW RETURNED A/C TO STL. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF PACK NR 2, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING CRUISE, BLEED NR 1 OVERTEMP APPEARED. THE CREW RETURNED THE A/C TO STL. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED NR 1 FAN AIR VALVE, OPS CHECK GOOD.
CREW REPORTED A SMOKE SMELL COMING FROM OVERHEAD LIGHT BALLAST AT ROW 2, DURING CRUISE. AFTER MAKING ITS SCHEDULE LANDING, MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND DEFERRED THE CABIN LIGHTING AT ROWS 3 AND 4.

AFTER TAKEOFF IN KSTL, THE AIRCRAFT HAD A LANDING GEAR AIR GND FAIL MSG ON EICAS. THE CREW RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO KSTL FOR AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE RIGHT MLG WOW PROX SWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED WOW PROX SWITCH AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
CREW REPORTED A "FLAP OVERSPEED" WARNING IN FLIGHT WITH FLAPS AT 45 DEGREES AND AT A SPEED OF 155 KNOTS, IN DESCENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND NO INSPECTION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS DISCREPANCY PER THE EMB AMM, OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON APPROACH TO IAH THE FLIGHT CREW GOT "115 VAC FAIL" MESSAGE ON EICAS. DUE TO WIND SHEAR CONDITIONS THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO BTR. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND RESET THE 115 VAC SYSTEM, CLEANED ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING TAXI THE FLIGHT CREW GOT A LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTION MESSAGE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND RESET THE LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING POST-FLIGHT INSPECTION THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE PASSENGER DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND LUBRICATED THE PASSENGER DOOR FRAME ROLLER. DOOR OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING POST-FLIGHT INSPECTION THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHT STRIP LOOSE AT THE GALLEY. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND SECURED THE EMERGENCY GLOW STRIP. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING FLIGHT THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE AMBER WEATHER CAPTION ON THE MFD AND RADAR WAS NOT PAINTING ANY RETURNS. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO IAD. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND OPS CHECKED THE SYSTEM. OPS CHECKED GOOD.

DURING POST FLIGHT THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING STRIP LOOSE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND RE-SECURED THE ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING STRIP. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING THE PRE FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE CREW REPORTED THE LEFT OVERWING EXIT IDENTIFIER AS BEING INOPERATIVE. PRIOR TO FLIGHT, MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND FOUND THE CONNECTOR TO BE LOOSE. THE CONNECTOR WAS RECONNECTED AND THE OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM WAS GOOD.
DURING INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE REPORTED THAT THE RIGHT EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BULB AT THE AFFECTED LIGHT ASSEMBLY. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
