ON LANDING, COPILOT'S RT BRAKE PEDAL FAILED TO OPERATE. PEDAL WAS PUSHED TO THE FLOOR WITH NO RESULTING BRAKING ACTION ON THE ACFT. MX DISCOVERED THE BRAKE CONTROLLER SEAL LEAKING AT THE RT SIDE FITTING. THE SEAL WAS REPLACED.
