P/N 100-524073-1 S/N 7978 WITH OVERHAULED S/N 10397 IAW B300 AMM 27-55-07. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH INBOARD DRIVE ASS P/N: 50-380153-3 S/N: UNREADABLE AND INSTALLED NEW DRIVE ASSY P/N 50-380153-7 S/N L1107 IRT B300 CMM 27-50-60. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL270, THE RIGHT ENGINE ITT CLIMBED INTO THE RED ZONE. RIGHT ENGINE ITT TOPPED OUT AT 1020 C REQUIRING AN ENGINE SHUTDOWN IAW POH. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND A DIVERSION WAS MADE. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE DATA CONCENTRATOR. GROUND CHECKED PERFORMED. GROUND CHECKS PERFORMED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FINAL, CREW SELECTED NOSE GEAR HANDLE TO DOWN POSITION AND NOSE GEAR INDICATION LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATED. CREW PERFORMED A GO AROUND AND COMPLIED THE ABNORMAL PROCEDURES CHECKLIST. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A FAULTY NOSE GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT BULB. LIGHT BULB WAS REPLACED. ANNUNCIATOR PANEL AND INDICATOR PUSH TO TEST PERFORMED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LEFT ENGINE POWER LEVER BINDS AND POWER CHANGES RESPOND SLOWLY. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE FUEL CONTROL UNIT AND REPLACED THE STARTER GENERATOR. A SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
RIGHT POWER LEVER MOVEMENT DOES NOT PRODUCE A POWER CHANGE. 10 SEC LAG FOR POWER TO CHANGE. R & R THE RT FCU. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. SDR IS BEING SUBMITTED DUE TO PT6A-60A HISTORY OF ENG POWER LEVER LAG..
FUEL LEAK COMING FROM AFT OF LT MLG WW. R & R LT OTBD & INBD FUEL CELLS, LEAK CHECKS GOOD. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. OTBD FUEL CELL PN REMOVED 002-920013-1 & SN 13-27059. INBD FUEL CELL PN REMOVED 101-381002-13 & SN CR-917.
PILOT REPORTS RUDDER BOOST TEST HAS OPPOSITE RUDDER MOVEMENT WHEN TEST IS PERFORMED. LT THROTTLE HAS RT RUDDER MOVEMENT. RT THROTTLE HAS LT RUDDER MOVEMENT. TROUBLE SHOT THE DISCREPANCY & FOUND A DEFECTIVE LT ENG RUDDER BOOST TRANSDUCER. ENG TRANSDUCER WAS REPLACED, RUDDER BOOST OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
UPON TAKEOFF THE LG WOULD NOT RETRACT, FOLLOWED BY THE PROP GND SOL INDICATION. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST CONFIRMED GEAR DOWN & LOCKED. RETURNED & LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. VERIFIED THE DISCREPANCY & ADJUSTED THE RT LG SAFETY SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF PROP GND SOL LIGHT CAME ON. RAN ABNORMAL CHECKLIST & RETURNED, LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MX ADJUSTED THE GND IDLE STOP SWITCH & A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
