FERRIED AIRCRAFT TO FACILITY FOR LEADING EDGE REPLACEMENT. SUSPECT DE-ICE BOOT WAS INSTALLED USING IMPROPER PRACTICES ALLOWING MOISTURE TO GET IN BEHIND BOOT AND BECOME TRAPPED.
