PILOTS WINDSHIELD CRACKED ON CLIMB OUT AT 8,700 FEET. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND RETURNED TO KPIT. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PILOT WINDSHIELD AND WINDSHIELD HEAT CONTROLLER. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.
ON LANDING LEFT INBOARD TIRE LOCKED UP. ON POST FLIGHT FOUND LEFT INBOARD TIRE FLAT SPOTTED WITH HOLE IN IT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT INBOARD BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND BOTH LEFT MAIN WHEEL/TIRE ASSEMBLIES. TAXI CHECK PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH GEAR SELECTED TO DOWN POSITION, "NOSE GEAR DOWN' ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE. MISSED APPROACH, FOLLOWED CHECKLIST FOR MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT TO A FAULTY NOSE LANDING GEAR DRAG BRACE DOWN LOCK SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH NOSE GEAR GREEN ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. INDICATOR LIGHT BULB TEST OKAY. FLAPS WERE PLACED TO FULL DOWN POSITION AND RECEIVED 'GEAR UNSAFE' AUDIBLE WARNING. COMPLETED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURE PER CHECKLIST. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON DESCENT, MOVED GEAR HANDLE TO DOWN POSITION & RT GEAR GREEN ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE. MISSED APPROACH, CYCLED GEAR HANDLE, DECLARED AN EMER & DIVERTED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. REPLACED INOPERATIVE BULBS ON RT GEAR INDICATOR. ANNUNCIATOR TEST WAS GOOD & A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
DURING PREFLIGHT FOUND TWO CRACKS ON RT WING INBD TE FLAP UNDERNEATH WING LOCKER, REPLACED FLAP. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL 260, RT DC GEN, CAUTION LIGHT CAME ON. RAN QRH, RT GEN DID NOT RESET. FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES & TURNED RT GEN OFF & REDUCED LOAD. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. REPLACED THE RT STARTER GEN SYS. OPERATIONAL CHECK WERE GOOD. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING THE SCHEDULED 200 HOUR INSPECTION, MX FOUND A GOOD SIZED HOLE ON THE TOP OF THE LT INBD FLAP. THE CREW DIDN'T NOTICE IT BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH THE WING LOCKER & UNNOTICEABLE WITH THE FLAPS UP. R & R THE LT INBD FLAP ASSEMBLY. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
