RESULT WAS THREE GREEN INDICATION. PERFORMED FLY-BY AND TOWER CONFIRMED ALL WHEELS DOWN. RETURNED FOR LANDING WITH NO ISSUES. REMOVED NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED STATUS NLG ACTUATOR ASSY. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR OPS CHECK. NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW MM 32-00-00. IAW AMM 32-3 10.

INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED UNIT PART NO: 011-02337-01 SERIAL NO: 1U6101033 IAW THE M/M CHAPTER 34-10-15 OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL. VERIFIED WORK PERFORMED.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT TURN OFF. TRIED RESETTING BOTH COCKPIT G SWITCHES MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO SUCCESS. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REMOVED AND REPLACE FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHTING INERTIA SWITCH WITH A NEW SWITCH, PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTING OPERATIONAL CHECK. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. RIGHT MLG LANDING GEAR EXTENISON: DECENDING BELOW 9000' AT 200KTS GOING INTO KMYL, LOWERED THE LANDING GEAR. RECEIVED A GEAR DISAGREE R AND AND GEAR DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS MESSAGE WITH AMBER HASHED BOX DISPLAYED FOR RIGHT MAIN GEAR. PULLED OUT THE EMERGENCY ABNORMAL CHECKLIST. COMPLETED 10D, LANDING GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND PROCEDURE. PROCEDURE DID NOT CORRECT THE CONDITION. DIVERTED TO KBOI. RECIEVED A RED LANDING GEAR CAS MESSAGE ONCE FLAPS WENT TO FULL FOR LANDING. CONDUCTED A SMOOTH LANDING WITH NO TRS. ONCE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN, GEAR DISPLAY SHOWED THREE GREEN DOWN INDICATION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED MLG HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CE700 AMM 32-30-05.
AFTER SHUTDOWN/BATTERIES DISCONNECT EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT TURN OFF. RE-OPEN MCD, PROCEEDED TO DO THE 5G RESETS. EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT TURN OFF. RE-CONNECT BATTERIES TO CLOSE MCD. MCD DOESNT CLOSE FROM THE OUTSIDE OR INSIDE. SINCE BATTERIES ARE CONNECTED. TURN BOTH BATTERIES SWITCH IN COCKPIT. MCD IS WORKING AGAIN. TURN BATTERIES OFF. EXIT PLANE. CLOSE MCD. DISCONNECT BATTERIES. THEN EMERGEMCY LIGHTS TURNED OFF. CORRECT ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED #4 EMER BATTERY FUSE RESET INTERIAL SWITCHES EMER LIGHTS OPS CHECKS GOOD REF MODEL CE-700 AMM 33-50-05-33-50-00 MJA TASK CARD TC-FLT-33-1001 REV. 2 DATED 20OCT2022.
CLOSED MAIN DOOR & HANDLE HAD ALOT OF FRICTION THOUGH HANDLE MOVEMENT. CABIN DOOR OPEN MESSAGE REMAINDED ON. OPENED DOOR & RAN CABIN DOOR OPEN ON GROUND CHKLST. COULD NOT CHECK HANDLE/PUSH TO OVERRIDE LIGHTS TO FLASH IAW CHKLST. TRIED TO CLOSE DOOR AGAIN & STILL HAD CABIN DOOR OPEN MESSAGE. TRIED TO OPEN DOOR & COULD NOT GET HANDLE PAST HALF WAY. HAD TO GET ASSIST FROM OUTSIDE TO OPEN DOOR. HANDLE INSIDE & OUTSIDE IS VERY NOTCHY. REMOVED & REPLACED PCB NC103 & LUBED DOOR PINS & SOCKETS. CYCLED DOOR 4 TIMES WITH NO FAILURES & HANDLE IS EASY & SMOOTH TO OPEN & CLOSE DOOR. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON WITH SWITCH IN OFF POSITION. RESET THE AFT EMERGENGY LIGHTING INERTIA SWITCH, ALL WORK DONE IAW 700 AMM 33-50-00, OPS CHECK GOOD,
LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AFTER LANDING WITH TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE. FOUND GEAR HANDLE SWITCH 112B BAD. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SWITCH IAW MM 32-61-00. OPS CHECKED IAW MM 32-10-00. SATISFACTORY BLED BRAKES AND SERVICED GEAR IAW MM 32-42-60. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
M2B LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WHILE TAXIING TO THE GATE AFTER CLEARING THE RUNWAY WITH TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE. EMERGENCY BRAKING SYSTEM USED TO STOP PLANE.
ON SEAR EXTENSION LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTI-SKID ILLUMINATED. RAN APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST. DIVERTED. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. EMERGENCY BRAKING USED. BRAKE FLUID LEVEL WAS NORMAL. PRESSURE IN THE YELLOW BUT THAT WAS CHECKED AT LEAST 20 MIN AFTER LANDING. PERFORMED INITIAL INSPECTION NO SIGNS OF HYDRAULIC LEAKS FOUND. CHECK BRAKE RESERVOIR WITH HYDRAULIC LEVEL SHOWING ON THE SIGHT GLASS. PRESSURE GAUGE READING REMAINING PRESSURE. HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR SHOWS HYDRAULIC FLUID ON SIGHT GLASS. FOLLOWED TROUBLE SHOOT CHART FOR THE ANTI SKID BRAKE SYSTEM IAW AMM 32-42-00, CHART INDICATES THAT PRESSURE SWITCH. REMOVED AND REPLACED HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PART, IAW AMM 32-42-05. SERVICED BRAKE RESERVOIR IAW MM 12-12-02. BLEED ANTISKID BRAKE SYSTEM IAW MM 32-42-00. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECK IAW MM 32-42-00. ALL CHECKS WERE PERFORMED SATISFACTORY.
ON GEAR EXTENSION 'LO BRAKE PRESS' AND 'ANTI-SKID' ILLUMINATED. RAN APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST, DIVERTED TO KSAV. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. EMERGENCY BRAKING USED. BRAKE FLUID LEVEL WAS NORMAL. PRESSURE IN THE YELLOW BUT THAT WAS CHECKED AT LEAST 20 MIN AFTER LANDING.
SCRATCHES ON LEADING EDGE AND UNDERSIDE AT OUTER PORTION OF RT WING. VENT IN SAME AREA SLIGHTLY DENTED. NO EFFECT ON AIRWORTHINESS NOTED. REPAIRED SCRATCHES ON L/E AND VENT, ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW SRM.
LEFT ENG, PIC SIDE, FAILED IN FLIGHT. N2 HAD NO ROTATION. OIL GUSHING FROM ENG ONCE ON GND. INVESTIGATED & FOUND LT ENG AFT AGB COVER HARDWARE LOOSE ALLOWING ENG OIL TO DRAIN & N2 WOULD NOT ROTATE. COMPLETED REPLACEMENT OF LT ENG WITH SERVICEABLE ENG. PERFORMED ENG RUNS, OPERATIONS & LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. 5 PT CAL RUNS ACCOMPLISHED WITH ENG PARAMETERS WITHIN LIMITS. ACCOMPLISHED IAW AMM 7102-00, 71-01-06 & 71-01-07.
A BURNING ODOR WAS NOTICED IN THE CABIN DURING TAXI & CLIMB OUT. INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND NO BURNING ODORS IN COCKPIT OR CABIN.
MAIN CABIN DOOR FORWARD LOWER EDGE HAS A CHUNK OF METAL MISSING FROM THE SKIN PANEL. BLENDED OUT ANY SHARP EDGES AROUND AREA AND PERFORMED PRELIMINARY EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION. REPAIR WAS COMPLETED IAW THE RD 8-860-0690. LEAK AND OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
ON FINAL APPROACH, GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, NONE OF THE GEAR INDICATING LIGHTS 3 GREEN, 1 RED ILLUMINATED. ALL CB`S WERE IN. WE DID THE EMER GEAR EXTENSION CHECK LIST, FREE FALL & BLEW THE NITROGEN BOTTLE, STILL NONE OF THE GEAR INDICATING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. ROTARY TEST SELECTOR TO GEAR, STILL NO LIGHTS. TOWER CONFIRMED GEAR WAS DOWN, WE LANDED SAFELY. VERIFIED LANDING GEAR BULBS INOP OR NOT. FOUND ONE BURNT OUT. REPLACED BULB WITH NEW. JACKED A/C AND PERFORMED GEAR SWING. SWING GEAR WITH NO INDICATION IN COCKPIT THAT GEAR WAS UP OR DOWN. RESET BLOW DOWN BOTTLE AND PERFORMED HYD SYSTEM BLEED PROCEDURE. CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES. TEST LANDING INDICATOR LIGHT ASSEMBLY. NO DEFECTS NOTED. TROUBLESHOT DOWN TO LANDING GEAR PCB MONITOR BOARD. REMOVED BOARD AND FOUND DIODE ON PCB BURNT. INSTALLED NEW PCB AND PERFORMED FULL FUNCTION TEST OF LANDING GEAR SYSTEM. SERVICED HYD RESERVOIR AND DOWN JACKED A/C. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW CE-560 M.M. 24-51-01.
ON GROUND WITH GPU POWERING ACFT & AIR CONDITIONER RUNNING, LARGE AMOUNTS OF SMOKE CAME FROM VENTS UNDERNEATH THE AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED MOTOR ASSEMBLY. RESERVICED SYSTEM. RAN A/C UNIT FOR 30 MINUTES. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW CMM 21-00-07 AND MM 21-52-00.
DURING EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION IAW ESR S-560-0690/09RD, LOWER LONGITUDINAL SKIN SPLICE AT BS 168 SHOWS AN ANOMALY IN THE LOWER RIVET ROW 17, RIVETS FWD OF THE CABIN DOOR. REPAIRED SKIN . EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION ACCOMPLISHED IAW PARAGRAPH 3.2. PRESSURIZED ACFT, NO LEAKS NOTED AT REPAIR. NO DEFECTS WERE DETECTED AT THIS TIME. ACFT RESTORED TO FLIGHT CONDITION IAW MM 21-32-00.
AT FL 400, AUTOPILOT DISENGAGED, DISCOVERED THE AILERON TRIM ALMOST UNMOVABLE. ABLE TO MOVE TRIM WITH EXCESSIVE FORCE. DURING POST-FLIGHT, AILERON TRIM MOVES FREELY. POSSIBLE FREEZING ISSUE AT ALTITUDE. CHECKED AILERON TRIM TENSION & AILERON WING CABLE TENSION, AILERON TRIM CABLE TENSIONS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE 20 +/- 3LBS. AILERON TRIM CABLE TENSIONS ARE AT 23LBS. AILERON WING CABLE TENSIONS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE AT 30 +/- 5LBS. AILERON WING CABLE TENSIONS ARE AT 33LBS. CLEANED GREASE FROM BORES OF ACTUATOR. FOUND EXCESS WATER IN GREASE, FOUND TRIM CHAINS CAKED WITH GREASE & WATER. CLEANED CHAINS AND CHAIN. GREASED ACTUATOR AND CHAINS TRIM OPERATED SMOOTH NO GRINDING NO BINDING, DONE IAW CMM 27-10-06.
UNABLE TO CONTROL THE CABIN PRESSURIZATION. THE ACFT WAS CLIMBING THRU 37000 FT WITH A CABIN ALTITUDE OF 9500 AND A 600 FT CLIMB ON THE CABIN RATE. INSTALLED TEST BOX. ALL CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED CONTROLLER SELF CHECK, ALL GOOD. FLOW VALVES INSPECTED, NO DEFECTS NOTED. RAN ACFT. FOUND RT FLOW CONTROL VALVE ERRATIC, REMOVED RT FLOW CONTROLL VALVE & INSTALLED EXHAUST VALVE IAW MM 21-11-10. COMPLIED WITH ALL SOURCE AND PRESSURIZATION CHECKS AND ALL CHECKED GOOD ON GROUND. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM 36-11-00. .
GEAR UNLOCKED WARNING OCCURRED AFTER TAKEOFF. CHECKLIST FOLLOWED WITH A NORMAL GEAR EXTENSION. ACFT JACKED, GEAR OPS CHECKED AND FOUND NORMAL. UPLOCK SWITCHES CHECKED BY PERFORMING RESISTANCE CHECKS AND FOUND SATISFACTORY. LANDING GEAR DISCONNECT CONNECTORS CLEANED & RE-INSTALLED. R & R LANDING GEAR MONITOR PCB WITH NEW. OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM 32-61-00.
AT FL 430 ON A SOUTHERLY HEADING, HEADINGS WERE OFF 7 TO 8 DEGREES. WHEN WE TURNED EAST, HEADINGS WERE IN SYNC AND STAYED WITHIN 1 DEGREE. PERFORMED COMPASS SWING AND FOUND THAT THE HEADINGS WERE OFF NO MORE THAN 3 DEG. NOTED THAT THE SLAVE INDICATOR ON THE RT SIDE NEVER RETURNED TO CENTER REGUARDLES OF THE DIRECTION OF THE SWING. CHECKED PANELS FOR IMPROPER HARDWARE. HARDWARE WAS NON MAGNETIC GAINED ACCESS TO THE RT FLUX VALVE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PLACED FLUX VALVE O/O C2C REMOVED RT FLUX VALVE INSTALLED SUPPLIED UNIT IAW MM 34-21-05 INDEXED FLUX VALVE. COMPASS ADJUSTED TO NR 1 AND 2 HEADINGS ARE WITHIN 2 DEGRESS OF HEADING AND EACH OTHER. CLOSED RT FLUX VALVE COVER AND COPILOTS SIDE PANEL.
ODOR IN CABIN AND COCKPIT AFTER TAKEOFF, SOUCE UNKNOWN, ODOR OF SOMETHING BURNING, MAYBE OIL. HIGHEST ALT PATTERN, ALT AND RTN APA. INSPECTED PNEUMATIC DISTRIBUTION BLEED AIR DUCTS IN TAILCONE, SERVICED NR 2 ENGINE OIL TO CORRECT LEVEL, CONDUCTED ENVIRONMENTAL SYS OPS CHECK. NO ODOR PRESENT IN COCKPIT AT THIS TIME. SUSPECT OIL VAPOR ODOR DUE TO NR 2 ENGINE OIL SEVICED AT MAX LEVEL. MX IAW MM 21-00-00, 12-11-02, & 36-11-00.
AFTER GEAR RETRACTION THE RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ON AS WELL AS THE HYD PRESS CAUTION LIGHT. AFTER LOWERING THE GEAR, ALL 3 GREEN LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AND THE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT WENT OUT. LANDING WAS NORMAL.
LANDING GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ON WITH HYDRAUIC PRESS LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER SELECTING GEAR UP. NO OTHER LIGHTS ON. SELECTED GEAR DOWN, GOT 3 GREEN, HYD PRESS LIGHT WENT OUT. KEPT GEAR DOWN, DID NOT BLOW THE BOTTLE. JACKED AIRPLANE IN HANGAR & PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF LANDING GEAR & SWITCHES. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED NUMEROUS GEAR SWINGS & NO FAULTS WERE NOTED. RESERVICED HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. TROUBLESHOT LANDING GEAR IAW MM 32-30-00 & COMPLETED RESERVOIR SERVICE IAW MM 12-12-01.
SMOKE OBSERVED COMING FROM FREON AIR VENTILATION DUCT ON UNDERSIDE OF AIRCRAFT. BURNING ODOR LIKE INSULATION THROUGHOUT AIRCRAFT. SUSPECT WINDINGS ON MOTOR FOR FREON AIR FAILED. NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED AFTER INSPECTION. MX DETERMINED TO BE FREON MOTOR. REMOVED AND INSTALLED ELECTRIC DRIVE MOTOR AND RECEIVER/DRYER IAW CMM 21-00-07. LEAK CHECK GOOD. SERVICED SYSTEM IAW MM 12-19-02.
DURING A PHASE 1-4 INSPECTION THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED A SMALL CRACK IN THE PAINT UNDER THE RT ENGINE PYLON. REMOVED THE PAINT AND FOUND A 1.5 INCH CRACK. STARTING AT THE FWD BOTTOM CUT OUT FOR THE FWD SUPPORT BEAM. APPEARS THAT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH CLEARANCE IN THE TAILCONE SKIN FOR THE MOVEMENT OF THE ENGINE BEAM WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS MANUFACTURED. SUBMITTED TO MFG ENGINEERING FOR REPAIR.
ON APPROACH AT 4000 FT AND 180 KIAS THE RT MAIN GREEN GEAR INDICATOR ILLUMINATED STEADY. JACKED AIRCRAFT AND T/S TO DEFECTIVE RT DOWNLOCK SWITCH. REMOVED & REPLACED RT MLG ACTUATOR AND ADJUSTED. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 32-01-00 DOWN JACKED AIRCRAFT.
DURING A RT ENG START A TAILPIPE FIRE INDICATED. DURING ENG START, NOTED ITT SPIKED TO NEARLY 300 DEGREES RIGHT AS THROTTLE WAS MOVED OUT OF CUTOFF. MOVED THROTTLE TO CUTOFF & CONTINUED TO MOTOR. INSPECTED RT ENG EXHAUST & AFT END OF ENG, WTIH NO DEFECT NOTED. PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE HORIZONTAL STABS, RT LE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLIED WITH ANOTHER START OF RT ENG WITHOUT INCIDENT. ALLOWED ENG TO IDLE FOR 10 MINS & NOTED ITT NEVER SURPASSED 500 DEGREES, ALL OTHER ENG PARAMETERES REMAINED NORMAL, COMPLIED WITH A NORMAL SHUTDOWN WITHOUT INCIDENT. COMPLIED WITH ANOTHER ENG START & SHUTDOWN WITH OUT INCIDENT. ENG INDICATIONS REMAINED NORMAL. MX PERFORMED REFERENCING CITATION 560 ENCORE AMM 71-00-00.
