TURNED ACFT TO FINAL APPROACH & NOSE GEAR REMAINED RED, & AMBER HYD CAWS INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. DISCONTINUED APPROACH. ANNOUNCED MY INTENTIONS. IDENTIFIED APPROPRIATE CIRCUIT BREAKER & PULLED IT IAW THE CHECKLIST. PULLED THE LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY EXTENSION PROCEDURE & UNSTOWED THE HAND PUMP. AS THE AIRCRAFT SLOWED BETWEEN 110 AND 115 IAS THE NLG LOCKED IN PLACE & INDICATED GREEN. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TAXIED TO FBO RAMP. AFTER SHUTDOWN ASKED CREW IF ANY OF THEM HEARD THE HYD MOTOR ACTIVATED. THEY DID NOT.
