FLAPS WOULD NOT DEPLOY DURING THE APPROACH. EMERGENCY DECLARED. NO FLAPS LANDING PROCEDURE FOLLOWED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE RIGGING ON THE RIGHT FLAP SYMMETRY SWITCH. ADJUSTED FLAP UP LIMIT SWITCH. SECURED LOOSE WIRE ON FLAP MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAKE OFF, 80 KNOTS, AUTOFEATHER ARMED, THE LEFT AUTOFEATHER LIGHT ON THE PFD EXTINGUISHED. DECISION WAS MADE TO ABORT THE TAKE OFF. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH AUTFEATHER SWITCHES ON THE LEFT POWER LEVER. GROUND OPERATION CHECK WAS GOOD. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAKE OFF ROLL, THE LEFT AUTOFEATHER ARMED ANNUCIATOR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED BELOW 80 KTS. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING APPROACH AFTER LOWERING THE LANDING GEAR, NOTICED RIGHT MAIN GEAR DID NOT SHOW A DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION. TEST OF GEAR INDICATORS RESULTED IN RIGHT MAIN GEAR BULB BURNED OUT. TOWER FLY-BY CONFIRMED ALL THREE GEARS WERE DOWN. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT BULB AND OPS OK. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
