PILOT REPORTED ON CLIMB RIGHT ENGINE SURGING FOLLOWED BY RED LOW FUEL PRESSURE CAS MESSAGE WITH UNCONTROLLABLE YAW, THE PILOT FEATHERED THE PROP AND RETURNED TO LAND. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR CAUSING THE ISSUE. THE SENSOR WAS REPLACED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
DURING INSPECTION, WHILE TROUBLESHOOTING AN OIL LEAK, A CRACK FOUND IN THE ENGINE CRANK CASE. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
PILOT REPORTED A FUEL SMELL IN THE COCKPIT WITH THE HEATER RUNNING. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND COMBUSTION HEATER FUEL SOLENOID LEAKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED COMBUSTION HEATER WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
PILOT REPORTED A BURNING PLASTIC SMELL FROM THE HEATER THEN THE HEATER STOPPED WORKING. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE HEATER VENT FAN DOES NOT TURN ON. THE PART WILL BE REPLACED PRIOR TO RETURN TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED SMELL IN FLIGHT, WHICH DISSIPATED AFTER TURNING OFF THE COMBUSTION HEATER. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE HEATER PRODUCING BURNING SMELL AND NOT CYCLING OFF UNTIL ABOVE 310F. R&R CYCLING SWITCH WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
LEFT PRIMARY AND SECONDARY NTO LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH 40% POWER REDUCTION. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND A WASTEGATE DRIVER OUTPUT FAILURE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE WASTEGATE SOLENOID WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.

RIGHT GEAR EXTENDED ON ITS OWN WITHOUT COMMAND INPUT. HYDRAULIC LOW LEVEL ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. INVESTIGATION FOUND RIGHT GEAR ACTUATOR WAS CRACKED AND LEAKING FLUID.

LEFT GENERATOR WILL NOT CLOSE BOTH BUS TIES. INVESTIGATION FOUND DC POWER PANEL IN LEFT NACELLE FAILED.
CAPTAINS IVSI INOPERATIVE. REPLACED IVSI, SYSTEM TESTS SATISFACTORY.
DURING OTHER MAINTENANCE IN EMPENNAGE, THE ELT ASSEMBLY WAS DISCOVERED UNSECURED. THE UNIT HAD BROKEN FROM ITS MOUNTING BASE AND WAS LODGED BETWEEN RIBS ADJACENT TO MOUNTING PAD. ANTENNA WAS STILL ATTACHED, BUT ELT WAS NOT OPERATIONAL. THE MOUNTING TRAY WAS BROKEN IN NUMEROUS PIECES OF WHICH WERE LAYING LOOSE IN EMPENNAGE.
