R1 WAS OPENED TO LOAD WHEEL CHAIRS WHEN WE WENT TO CLOSE THE DOOR, THE GIRT BAR FELL OFF AND GOT JAMMED. THE SLIDE LOOKS NORMAL. PERFORMED INSPECTION OF THE SLIDE AND GIRT BAR IAW AMM 25-66-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
L1 EMERGENCY SLIDE FELL OUT OF HOLDER WHEN L1 DOOR WAS OPENED DOOR WAS DISARMED. REINSTALLED ESCAPE SLIDE IAW AMM 25-66-01.
AFT GALLEY AISLE EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN IN CEILING LOOSE. REMOVED AND REPLACED EXIT SIGN REF AMM 33-51-01-960-802. ALL CHECKS GOOD.
