UPON REMOVAL OF RT OUTBOARD FWD CAP, CAP FELL APART. PIN IN LOCKING TAP THAT SECURES CAP BODY TOGETHER IS LOOSE IN TAP AND FELL OUT, ALLOWING CAP TO FALL APART. REDESIGN OR MATERIAL CHANGE REQUIRED.

DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, BOTH AILERONS WERE DISCOVERED AS HAVING EXCESSIVE FREE PLAY. UPON INSPECTION OF COMPONENTS, ALL THREE ATTACHMENT BEARINGS AND MOUNTING HARDWARE WAS FOUND WORN AND LOOSE. BEARINGS AND HARDWARE REPLACED WITH NEW. (M)
