WHILE AT CRUISE: PROP REVERSE NOT READY ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED, LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR GREEN INDICATOR ILLUMINATED THEN WENT OUT, LANDING GEAR IND C.B. (COPILOT PANEL) POPPED AND WOULD NOT RESET. LANDING GEAR GREEN INDICATIONS DID NOT ILLUMINATE WITH HANDLE DOWN. - DISCOVERED BROKEN AND EXPOSED WIRES ON LH MLG DOWNLOCK SWITCH WIRING HARNESS. REMOVED OLD SWITCH ASSY (PN: 101-364628-1) (SN: 10457715D) AND REPLACED WITH NEW SWITCH ASSY (PN: 101-364628-1) (SN: 11978383E). OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO BREAKERS POPPED AND 3 GREEN DOWN INDICATIONS SHOWN. WORK DONE IAW KING AIR B300 MM CH. 32-60-05.

ATA 2150

AT APPROXIMATELY FL230 THE CABIN ALTITUDE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND HORN WAS AUDIBLE. WE LOOKED AT THE PRESSURE GAUGE AND THE CABIN DIFF HAD DROPPED TO ABOUT 3.0 AND CABIN ALT WAS AT 10.5K. WE DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE PRESSURE SELECTOR SWITCH OR BLEED VALVES, ETC. THIS LOSS OF PRESSURE WAS FAIRLY QUICK BUT WITH NO NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOSS THAT WE COULD HEAR. THE RATE SELECTOR WAS AT THE 1130-12 O'CLOCK POSITION AND THE CABIN ALTITUDE WAS SET TO OUR FILED ALTITUDE +1000'. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO ALTERNATE DESTINATION. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND FLOW CONTROLLER. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.

ON APPROACH, THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED ANNUNCIATOR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. GEAR ANNUNCIATOR TEST WAS GOOD. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. TOWER CONFIRMED GEAR DOWN. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND A FAULTY NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED SWITCH. THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED AND LANDING GEAR WAS CYCLED SEVERAL TIME WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
