DURING CLIMB OUT OF HNL, GEN AMPS AND STBY POWER ON ANNUNCIATORS BOTH ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY. GEN AND ALTERNATOR AMPS BOTH FLUCTUATED BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY 0-15 AMPS. WE REQUESTED TO RETURN TO HNL AND MADE A RECAUTIONARY LANDING. WHEN ASKED BY ATC IF WE REQUIRED ANY ASSISTANCE, I DECLINED. DESPITE MY RESPONSE, THEY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY FOR US AND ROLLED FIRETRUCKS AS A PRECAUTION. WE LANDED HNL AND TAXIED BACK TO PARKING WITHOUT INCIDENT. PA WAS MADE TO PAX BOTH IN FLIGHT AND ON GROUND AFTER LANDING. NO PAX COMMENTS RECEIVED.
AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED AN IN-FLIGHT COMMUNICATION MALFUNCTION. THE AIRCRAFTâS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM BECAME STUCK IN THE TRANSMITTING (TX) POSITION, PREVENTING THE CREW FROM RECEIVING ANY TRANSMISSIONS AND EFFECTIVELY BLOCKING THE ACTIVE FREQUENCY. TROUBLESHOOTING WAS ATTEMPTED BY SWITCHING BETWEEN COM1 AND COM2; HOWEVER, THE ISSUE PERSISTED. AS A RESULT, THE CREW ELECTED TO SQUAWK 7600 TO NOTIFY ATC OF A LOSS OF COMMUNICATIONS. INTERMITTENTLY, THE CREW WAS ABLE TO RECEIVE (RX) TRANSMISSIONS FROM ATC AND RECEIVED FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EVENT COMMUNICATIONS WERE LOST AGAIN. THE FLIGHT CONTINUED AND LANDED SAFELY IN HONOLULU.
PILOT REPORTS SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. AIR CONDITIONING CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR HOSE BLOWN AND WIRING CONNECTION SHORTED/MELTED
DEPARTING ON IFR FLIGHT PLAN, ACFT HAD PARTIAL POWER LOSS AT AROUND 3000â ON 120 HEADING. THE ACFT RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON TROUBLESHOOTING & INVESTIGATING THE CAUSE OF THE POWER LOSS, A FUEL LEAK WAS DISCOVERED AT THE FUEL FLOW DIVIDER & A FUEL TRANSFER TUBE AROUND THE 5 & 6 O'CLOCK POSITIONS WHERE THE FUEL NOZZLES GO INTO THE GAS GEN CASE.
FLIGHT 3183 - DURING THE PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE CREW NOTED THAT THE OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHTS CAME ON MOMENTARILY AND THEN EXTINGUISHED UPON TESTING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED ALL BATTERY PACKS. ALL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. (M)

DURING C-CHECK, THE AFT FLOOR TRACK EMERGENCY LIGHT LENS WAS FOUND TO BE BROKEN. A NEW LENS IS TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF THE C-CHECK. (M)
DURING INSPECTION, ONE EMERGENCY LIGHT LENS WAS FOUND BROKEN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LENS. ALL CHECKS GOOD. (X)
FLT 3417 - AFTER TAKEOFF, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO ROLL TO THE LEFT. CREW COMPLIED WITH QUICK REFERENCE HANDBOOK PROCEDURES. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CRW. ON POST FLIGHT CHECK, CREW VISUALLY CONFIRMED SPOILER DEPLOYED APPROXIMATELY HALF WAY. MAINTENANCE REPLACED ROLL SPOILER ACTUATOR ON LEFT SIDE. ALL CHECKS GOOD. (M)
FLT 3223 - ON CLIMB-OUT FROM LNK, THE NR 2 BLEED AIR HOT CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO LNK. MAINTENANCE WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY. (M)
FLT 3250 - ON CLIMB-OUT FROM GFK, THE NR 1 ENGINE EXPERIENCED A POWER SURGE. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GFK. MAINTENANCE WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY THROUGH DIAGNOSTIC AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS. AS PART OF THE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE CLEANED TWO CANNON PLUGS INCLUDED IN THE WIRING HARNESS. (M)
FLT 3059 - DURING THE PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE FORWARD MOST CLUSTER OF FLOOR TRACK LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BATTERY POWER SUPPLY. ALL CHECKS SATISFACORY. (X)
FLIGHT 3115 - ON APPROACH TO MSP, THE CREW NOTED AN ODOR IN THE COCKPIT, AND THE CAPTAINS LOWER RIGHT CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS HOT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT APPROACH LIGHT JUMPER WIRE (FROM THE BUS BAR TO THE CIRCUIT BREAKER), AND CIRCUIT BREAKER. ALL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. (M)
FLT 3319 - ON APPROACH TO BMI, THE CREW NOTED AN ELECTRICAL SMELLING SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PSEU. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. (M)
DURING A MAINTENANCE WALKAROUND INSPECTION IN DTW, A MECHANIC NOTED THE FIRST TWO FLOOR TRACK EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOUND CONNECTOR 3352-J3 TO BE LOOSE AND SECURED IT. ALL SYSTEMS OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (M)
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE CREW NOTED THE FIRST TWO LIGHTS IN THE FLOOR TRACK ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING SYSTEM WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REPAIRED A BROKEN WIRE BETWEEN THE POWER SUPPLY AND CONNECTOR. ALL SYSTEMS OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (M)
FLT NR 3017 - DURING THE POST FLIGHT IN DTW, THE CREW NOTED THAT THE RED FLOOR LIGHT AT SEAT 1C WAS INOP. UPON MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, THE LIGHT WAS FOUND TO OPERATE AS REQUIRED. SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (M)
DTW - DURING PRE-FLIGHT, CREW NOTED THE COCKPIT OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REPLACED THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH A SERVICEABLE ONE. ALL SYSTEMS OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (X)
DTW - FLT 3029 - ON CLIMBOUT, THE NR 1 GENERATOR FELL OFF LINE. THE CREW PERFORMED QUICK REFERENCE PROCEDURES AND RETURNED TO DTW. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LT AC GCU. SYSTEM OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (W)
