IN CLIMB AT 16,000 HYD FLUID LOW LIGHT COME ON, AFTER GRABBING CHECKLIST LIGHT DID GO OUT. WE DID HEAR HYD PUMP COME ON BRIEFLY AFTER LIGHT WENT OUT. DIVERTED TO TEB, PUT GEAR DOWN EARLY, GEAR TOOK LONGER THAN NORMAL AND PUMP SOUNDED STRAINED AND WAS SCREAMING. WE DID GET 3 GREEN LND GEAR LIGHTS. EMERGENCY DELCARED. FOUND LEAKING B-NUTS AT THE POWER PACK, RETORQUED, OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW B300 AMM REF 32-30-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AND THE "PROP GND SOL" CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. PERFORMED A GO AROUND. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. RETURNED TO KYIP. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RIGHT MLG SQUAT SWITCH OUT OF RIG. ADJUSTED SAME. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS AND OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE PROP GROUND IDLE SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER SELECTING LANDING GEAR HANDLE TO DOWN POSITION, THE NLG DOWN AND LOCK ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND PERFORMED EMER GEAR EXTENSION. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NLG DOWN LOCK SWITCH. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER TAKEOFF 'HYD LOW' ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. NOSE GEAR LIGHT FLICKERED UPON GEAR EXTENSION. MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURES PERFORMED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO KLOM. MAINTENANCE REPLACED NLG ACTUATOR, DRAG BRACE DOWNLOCK SWITCH AND RESTORED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION SYSTEM. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM SERVICED AND BLED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED.
FLIGHT GUIDANCE COMPUTER CIRCUIT BREAKER EXTENDED IN FLIGHT FOLLOWED BY ELECTRICAL-SMOKE ODOR. DIVERTED, UNEVENTFUL. FGC CARDS WERE SWAPPED AND AIRCRAFT FAILED OCF WITH CIRCUIT BREAKER EXTENDING. DISCREPANCY WAS DUPLICATED AND FOUND THE IAPS COMPUTER TO BE DEFECTIVE. COMPUTER WAS REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER SHUTDOWN, SMOKE WAS NOTICED COMING FROM BOTH ENGINE EXHAUST STACKS ON THE RIGHT ENGINE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE RIGHT ENGINE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ENGINE OIL WAS SERVICED. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AT DIFFERENT POWER SETTINGS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
WHILE PICKING UP CLEARANCE AT NIGHT WITH INSTRUMENT EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE ON POSITION. CREW NOTICED SMOKE FROM THE COPILOTS SIDE EMERGENCY INSTRUMENT LIGHT BULBS. LIGHTS WENT OUT AND BATTERY MASTER SWITCH WAS TURNED OFF. MAINTENANCE NOTICED A BURNT INOPERATIVE BULB RUBBER PLASTIC MATERIAL WITH SMALL MINOR BURNT AREAS. REPLACED INOPERATIVE BULB. ALL EMERGENCY INSTRUMENT LIGHTS OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. NO SMOKE NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
