ON APPROACH WITH FLAPS SELECTED TO APPROACH POSITION, THE INDICATOR SHOWED NO MOVEMENT AND AFTER VISUAL CHECK NOTICED FLAPS STILL IN THE UP POSITION. FOLLOWED THE NO FLAP/UNKNOWN POSITION CHECKLIST. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED A FAULTY FLAP UP LIMIT SWITCH. FLAP OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
RUDDER AND AILERON TRIM FROZE IN FLIGHT AT FL310, TEMP -32*C. TRIM WORKED NORMAL DURING DESCENT TO LOWER ALTITUDE FL250, TEMP -12*C. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RUDDER AND AILERON LUBE. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL300, AUTO PILOT HOLDING NOSE DOWN, CAUTION MESSAGE AND MIS-TRIM ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED INDICATING PITCH TRIM FROZEN. CREW WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE ACFT. AT FL220 PITCH TRIM AND AP OPERATED NORMAL. AIRCRAFT LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED AND LUBED THE LT AND RT PITCH TRIM ACTUATORS. A SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. PN REMOVED 130-524052-17 FOR LT ACTUATOR, 130-524052-19 FOR RT. LEFT, SN OFF 52248921-002, RIGHT, SN 52248922-001.
