DURING CLIMB AND LEVEL OFF THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE INDICATION FLUCTUATED FROM NORMAL TO 96/111/55/18 PSI. THE CHECKLIST WAS FOLLOWED AND THE RIGHT ENGINE SECURED (SHUTDOWN). AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KMDT. SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER AND OIL FILTER. THE ENGINE EDC AND DCU WERE SWAPPED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT PER FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RECOMMENDATION. ENGINE GROUND RUNS AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING FLIGHT LEFT GENERATOR FAILED AND WOULD NOT RESET. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO KSYR. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT STARTER GENERATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER TAKE-OFF, LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. THIS WAS FOLLOWED GEAR IN TRANSIT RED ANNUNCIATION AND LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER EXTENDING. CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET AND GEAR HANDLE WAS PLACED IN DOWN POSITION. LANDING IN KFRG WAS UNEVENTFUL. EMERGENCY VEHICLES WERE STANDING BY. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO KTTN FOR MAINTENANCE. THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE SELECTOR SWITCH PER TEXTRON AVIATION RECOMMENDATION. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.
ON APPROACH, GEAR HANDLE SELECTED DOWN, LEFT MAIN GREEN GEAR ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. BULB TEST GOOD. EMERGENCY DECLARED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST ABNORMAL PROCEDURES, MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION PERFORMED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH OUT OF RIG. RIGGED SAME. SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED AND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LEFT MAIN GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE AFTER GEAR EXTENSION WITH NOSE AND RIGHT LIGHT. BULB CHECK OK, AND ILLUMINATED TWO MINUTES LATER. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT GEAR DOWN LOCK SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED AND OPS CHECK OK. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL270 AND -22*C RUDDER TRIM WAS FROZEN AND WOULD NOT MOVE. RUDDER TRIM BECAME FREE AFTER DESCENDING INTO WARMER AIR. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS ACCOMPLISHED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE, FLIGHT CREW HEARD POPPING SOUND COMING FROM CABIN. NOTICED RIGHT EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR HANDLE CAME OUT OF STOWED POSITION. PRESSURIZATION WAS NORMAL. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR HANDLE STOW TENSION. OPS CHECKED OK. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
