CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT STEPPED ON BOTTOM STEP OF PASSENGER DOOR, WITHOUT THE A/C TAIL-STAND IN PLACE. A/C TAIL CONTACTED GROUND, DAMAGING AFT BULKHEAD AND TAIL TIE-DOWN ASSY.
DURING INSPECTION, TWO RED EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK LIGHTS INOP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BATTERY PACK, ALL CHECKS GOOD.
DURING POSTFLIGHT TAXI, AUTO SHUTDOWN OF APU, THE FIRE DETECTION LIGHT CAME ON. MAINTENANCE OPENED APU BAY, INSPECTED FOR OVERHEAT OR FIRE, NONE FOUND. APU FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM DEFERRED AS PER MEL 26-60.

FLT 3461 - ON APPROACH TO DTW, THE LEFT GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR EXTENSION. THE CREW PERFORMED AN ALTERNATE EXTENSION. THE UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ON BUT THE GEAR WAS VERIFIED TO BE SAFE THROUGH IN INFRARED SYSTEM. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED A BROKEN WIRE ON THE DOWN LOCK SENSOR. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. (M)

TYS - FLT 3343 - AFTER ENGINE START IN TYS, THE NR 2 DC GENERATOR WOULD NOT COME ON-LINE AND THE 'DC BUS' LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CREW IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN THE NR 2 ENGINE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REPLACED THE NR 2 START CONTACTOR RELAY. ALL SYSTEMS OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (X)
