RIGHT POSITION LIGHT COVER WAS DISCOVERED MISSING, DURING POST FLIGHT WALK AROUND.
AT CRUISE CHECK PILOT NOTICED NR 2 ENG TEMP AT 92 DEG, OIL PRESS 52 PSI. DURING DESCENT TEMP ROSE TO 100 DEG & PRESS DROPPED TO 42 PSI. FLIGHT DIVERTED, RECONNECTED NR 2 ENG OIL COOLER DUCT.
SPAR CRACKED AT ELIPTICAL PLUG.
RED UNSAFE GEAR LIGHT WOULD NOT GO OUT WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS RAISED. INSPECTED LANDING GEAR AND WHEELS. OPS CHECK SERVERAL TIMES, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
ON TAKEOFF AND LANDING CYCLIC CONTROL MOVEMENT FEELS LIMITED IN FORE AND AFT TRAVEL. UPON LANDING THE MECHANIC REMOVED PITCH ACTUATOR ARTIFICIAL FEEL SN 10006, AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE PITCH ACTUATOR SN 71054 AND HE COMPLIED WITH CONTINUITY CHECK OF CONTROLS. THE AC C/W GROUND RUN AND OPS CHECK IAW MM AND NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. (K)
ON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION FOUND HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING FROM NR 1 HYDRAULIC MODULE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 HYDRAULIC MODULE. GROUND RUN AND LEAK CHECKED. AC RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
ON DAILY INSPECTION, FOUND THREE SCREW HEADS CRACKED ON THE MAIN ROTOR BLADE TIP CAP INSTALLED ON THE BLUE BLADE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE THREE SCREWS. DURING REPLACEMENT OF THE SCREWS MAINTENANCE FOUND TWO MORE SCREWS WITH CRACKS IN THE WITH NEW SCREWS THAT WERE SUPPLIED.
DURING APPROACH TO CM243, WHILE CHECKING DECU FAULTS PRIOR TO LANDING, NOTICED A NR 2 DECU (FLY GATE FAULT). PROCEED TO ICY AND SHUTDOWN NR 2 ENGINE IN MIXED MODE. MAINTENANCE CLEANED SWITCHES ON NR 2 THROTTLE IN QUADRANT AND CLEANED AND INSPECTED CONNECTORS ON NR 2 ENGINE DECU AND ON ENGINE DECK. CYCLED BATTERY AND FAULTS HAD TURNED WHITE. HAD PILOT RUN AIRCRAFT, FAULTS CLEARED, RETURNED TO SERVICE.
