DAMAGE BOLT HOLE FOUND DURING INSPECTION DOC 16, DAMAGED HOLE ON AFT CARRY THOUGH RH # 2 HOLE NEEDS OVERSIZED TO REPAIR DAMAGE INTERNAL SURFACE OF HOLE.
WHILE ENROUTE , THE POWER LEVER WOULD NOT REMAIN IN FORWARD POSITION. PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT, AND FOUND LOW & HIGH IDLES EXCESSIVELY HIGH, POWER LEVER JERKS. REPLACED FUEL CONTROL. RIGGED, PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT, TEST AND GROUND RUNS. OPS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING FLOW CHECK, FOUND PROPORTIONING VALVE MALFUNCTIONING. INTERNAL CHECK VALVE INOPERATIVE LETTING FLUID IN LINES TO PANELS BLEED BACK INTO TANK. IAW OPS CHECK, THE CHECK CAN BE DONE THREE TIMES. THE VALVE FAILED EACH TIME. REPLACED VALVE WITH ANOTHER NEW VALVE WHICH THEN PASSED THE FLOW CHECK.

THE VALVE FAILED EACH TIME. REPLACED VALVE WITH ANOTHER NEW VALVE WHICH THEN PASSED THE FLOW CHECK. THIS IS THE PROPORTIONING VALVE IN THE AFT FUSELAGE THAT FEEDS THE STABILIZER PANELS.
FLIGHT 7800 FROM PDT TO GEG: ON CLIMB IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE REAR CARGO DOOR WARNING ENUNCIATOR LIGHT CAME ON. PILOT LANDED BACK IN PDT AND OPENED AND RECLOSED THE DOOR. ENUNCIATOR LIGHT WENT OUT AND PILOT DEPARTED PDT AND ARRIVED IN GEG WITH NO INCIDENTS.
ON FLIGHT 7686 TO PDX INSTRUMENT LIGHTS CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED ACCOMPANIED BY BRIEF SPARKS AND SMOKE. INSTRUMENT LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED WIRES AND SWITCHES AND FOUND DEBRIS ON RHEOSTAT. DEBRIS WAS REMOVED AND SWITCH POSTS CLEANED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
