ON APPROACH FLAPS DID NOT EXTEND. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. ZERO DEGREE FLAPS LANDING ACCOMPLISHED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLAP MOTOR DYNAMIC RELAY. SYSTEM GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LEFT AFD FAILURE DURING APPROACH. AUTOPILOT DISCONNECTED, TAWS, TCAS AND TRANSPONDER ALSO FAILED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND REVERSIONARY SYSTEM WORKED ON MFD. APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE FROM RUNWAY AFD CAME BACK ONLINE AND ALL FAULTS CLEARED. MAINTENANCE SWAPPED THE LEFT AND CENTER AFDS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LEFT ENGINE N1 SLOW TO ACCELERATE AND ITT RAPID RISE WITH NO EXCEEDANCE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE STARTER GENERATOR. OPS OK NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
