ON APPROACH, THE FLAPS DID NOT EXTEND FROM THE APPROACH POSITION TO THE SELECTED DOWN POSITION. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FLAP APPROACH DOWN LIMIT SWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED SWITCH AND PERFORMED A FLAP OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
LEFT ENGINE IN-FLIGHT SHUTDOWN BY THE CREW DURING CRUISE FLIGHT DUE TO LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KGSO. SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND A LOOSE LEFT ENGINE TORQUE MANIFOLD RETURN LINE 'B' NUT. SECURED SAME AND SERVICED ENGINE OIL. ENGINE HIGH POWER RUNS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PER PWC, ENGINE CHIP DETECTOR AND OIL FILTER INSPECTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS ACCOMPLISHED, AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING APPROACH WHEN GEAR HANDLE SELECTED DOWN, NOSE LANDING GEAR GREEN LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATED. INITIATED A GO AROUND. CYCLED GEAR HANDLE WITH SAME RESULTS. PERFORMED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION IAW POH. NLG GREEN LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATED. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A FAULTY NLG DRAG BRACE DOWNLOCK SWITCH. REPLACED SAME, PERFORMED OPS CHECK AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON REACHING CRUISING ALTITUDE OF 18,000 FT. ATTEMPTED TO ADJUST THE RUDDER TRIM AND NOTICED IT WAS STIFF BUT OPERATIONAL. ON THE GROUND TRIM OPERATED NORMAL. MAINTENANCE COMPLIED WITH RUDDER TRIM NTO 940-2016-01658. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT PENDING.
