CABIN CLIMBED TO 10,500FEET ON THE DESCENT TO 9000FT WHERE CABIN WAS TOTALLY UNPRESSURIZED. LANDED AT NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT. EMERGENCY DECLARED. TROUBLESHOOT LEFT AND RIGHT "BLEED AIR FAIL" PER B300 KA FUSION MM 26-11-10, 21-10-00. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN OPS CHECK PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM. NO DISCREPANCY NOTED. OPS CHECK DEICE SYSTEM TO ISOLATED PNEUMATIC SYSTEM PRESSURE DROP, AND NO DICREPANCY. DOWNLOADED OMS ALL REPORT AND SUBMITTED TO FSR FOR REVIEW AND NO-FAULT HISTORY. NO FURTHER ACTION TAKEN AT THIS TIME.
ON APPROACH WITH LANDING GEAR HANDLE SELECTED DOWN THE RIGHT GEAR DOWN LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. CYCLED LANDING GEAR WITH SAME RESULTS. LOW APPROACH PERFORMED AND TOWER CONFIRMED ALL THREE LANDING GEARS WERE DOWN. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT TO FAULTY RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATOR BULB, BULB REPLACED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DESCENDING OUT OF CRUISE FROM FL310 TO FL300, TEMP -33*C "AP MISTRIM ND" ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. ELECTRIC PITCH TRIM WAS FROZEN. AT APPROXIMATELY 12,000 FT., TEMP +1*C ELECTRIC PITCH TRIM FREED UP, A/P ENGAGED, AND CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT WAS NORMAL. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT PITCH TRIM ACTUATORS TO KNOWN FLEET TREND. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
