ON DESCENT INTO 12J, LANDING GEAR SELECTED TO DOWN POSITION, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR GREEN ANNUNCIATOR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. BULB CHECK WAS GOOD. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST DIVERTED TO KPNS. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN LOCK SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON INITIAL CLIMB MIS-COMPARE CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. SIC INSTRUMENTS WERE INCORRECT WHEN COMPARED TO STANDBY SYSTEM. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PITOT/STATIC SYSTEM ISOLATION VALVE. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINE FIRE ANNUNCIATIONS ON INITIAL CLIMB. BOTH ANNUNCIATORS EXTINGUISHED WITHIN 4 SECONDS. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO KFRG. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. UPON SHUTDOWN NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE WAS PRESENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ENGINE FIRE MONITOR PCB. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DESCENDING THROUGH FL 180, EXPERIENCED LEFT ENGINE LOSS OF POWER. ADVANCING THE POWER LEVER HAD NO AFFECT ON ENGINE POWER. ALL ENGINE INDICATIONS CONTINUED TO ROLL BACK UNTIL ENGINE WAS NO LONGER PRODUCING POWER. CHECKLIST WAS FOLLOWED. ENGINE WAS SECURED AND FEATHERED. AN AIR START ATTEMPT OF THE LEFT ENGINE PRODUCED THE SAME RESULTS. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO KMDT. SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY IN MAINTENANCE. SDR SUPPLEMENT TO FOLLOW.
RUDDER TRIM FROZE IN FLIGHT AFTER TAKE OFF AND DURING CLIMB. RUDDER TRIM STARTED OPERATING NORMAL AFTER DESCENT. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE RUDDER TRIM CABLE TENSION AND LUBED RUDDER AND STABILIZER TRIM/ACTUATOR SYSTEM. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING LEVEL OFF FOR LANDING UPON ADVANCING THE POWER LEVERS THE LEFT ENGINE DID NOT RESPOND. AFTER A SECOND ATTEMPT OF ADVANCING THE LEFT ENGINE POWER LEVER IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ENGINE SHUTDOWN AND PROPELLER WAS AUTO FEATHERING. ENGINE FAILURE CHECKLIST PROCEDURE WAS ACCOMPLISHED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED INTO KBNZ. UNEVENTFUL SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A DEFECTIVE FUEL CONTROL UNIT. REPLACED LEFT ENGINE FCU. RIGGING AND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
