AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ITT GAUGE BEGAN TO FLUCTUATE RAPIDLY. PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE, NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE T5 TERMINAL BLOCK NUT. GROUND RUN UP AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE PILOT REPORTED EXCESSIVE AIRFLOW NOISE LEVELS IN FLIGHT AND VISIBLE LIGHT AT CARGO DOOR. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER LANDING, THE DOOR WAS SECURED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
RETURN TO BLOCKS. FLT NR 8797, ON TAXI TO RUNWAY PILOT NOTICED THAT THE PROP RPM GAUGE WAS STUCK AT 200 RPM. THE PAR (POWER ANALIZER AND RECORDER) UNIT SHOWS PROP RPM NORMAL. AC WAS TAXIED BACK TO RAMP FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED NP (PROP RPM) GAUGE. (K)
