FLIGHT 8675 ENROUTE PDX-LMT, DURING FLIGHT, THE PILOT EXPERIENCED A STUCK MIC AND LOST RADIO COMMUNICATION. SHOWS TX ON BOTH GNS530 AND GNS430. THE PILOT FOLLOWED LOST COMM PROCEDURES AND LANDED SAFELY AT LMT. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND EMERGENCY SERVICES MET THE AIRCRAFT UPON LANDING. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT, WAS ABLE TO FREE THE STUCK PUSH TO TALK BUTTON AND DEFER THIS ISSUE. THE DEFERRAL WAS CLEARED BY REPLACING THE PUSH TO TALK SWITCH.

ON CLIMB OUT THE ELEVATOR TRIM CONTROL JAMMED. THE PILOT REQUESTED TO RETURN & SAFELY LANDED. NO EMER WAS DECLARED. INSPECTED THE ACFT & FOUND THAT THE TRIM CHAINS WERE BINDING WHEN ROTATED IN THE NOSE UP POSITION & THE TRIM CHAIN HAD SOME TWIST AT BOTH ACTUATORS. RELEASED THE TENSION, TWIST CLEARED IMMEDIATELY & FOUND NO BROKEN STRANDS ON CABLES. FREE RAN TRIM ACTUATORS, ROTATED PULLEYS & TORQUED THE ELEVATOR TRIM CABLE. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPERATIONS CHECKS & RIG CHECKS. ALL CHECKED GOOD. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
