FLIGHT 7801 PHX - HII DISCREPANCY: ON DESCENT INTO HII, GENERATOR SHOWING 32 VOLTS THEN STANDBY ELECT POWER ON ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. GENERATOR OFF ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED, STANDBY ELECT POWER INOP ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED THEN BOTH STANDBY POWER CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO PHX, EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE GCU AND REPLACED AND ADJUSTED THE ACU. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
TAXI BACK FLT 8699 SEA: FLIGHT 8699 TAXIED OUT, ON RUN UP PILOT DISCOVERED THE DEICE BOOTS DID NOT INFLATE ALL 3 CYCLES IN AUTO MODE. AIRCRAFT TAXIED BACK TO RAMP FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DE-ICE TIMER. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ENGINE FIRE LIGHT AND HORN CAME ON IN LEVEL FLIGHT. INDICATIONS CEASED ON APPROACH TO LANDING. ALL OTHR INDICATIONS NORMAL. PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. AIRCAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. PILOT NOTED THAT NO FIRE EXISTED AND IT WAS A FALSE INDICATION. MECHANIC FOUND FIRE WIRE HAD COME OUT OF A BRACKET AND WAS LAYING ON ENGNE GEARBOX. FIRE WIRE WS RESECURED OT BRACKET AND THE FIRE SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD. THERE WAS NO FURTHER INDICATION DURING THE NEXT 7 DAYS. (M)
