AT CRUISE FL260 A LOUD ELECTRICAL ARCHING SOUND DEVELOPED IN THE COCKPIT FLOOR. THE SOUND CONTINUED FOR 10-15 MINUTES. AN ELECTRICAL SMELL WAS NOTICED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED INTERIOR DETAILED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED SYSTEMS CHECKS WITH GPU AND ENGINE POWER WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH TO KLWB, PILOT AND COPILOTS FMS FAILED 3 TIMES. DID NOT RECOVER AFTER THE 3RD TIME. DIVERTED TO KROA. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A FAULTY GPS-400S UNIT. THE GPS-4000S WAS REPLACED. GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECK ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
LANDING GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT UPON TAKE-OFF. MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURE WAS PERFORMED. MAINTENACE FOUND CIRCUIT BREAKER CB43, LOCATED IN THE MAIN POWER DISTRIBUTION PANEL INADVERTENTLY PULLED AND COLLARED FOR AN MEL "M" PROCEDURE THAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED FOR ELECTRIC HEAT DEFERRAL WHICH CONTROLS THE LANDING GEAR MOTOR. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RESET. LANDING GEAR SYSTEM OPERATION CHECKS WERE GOOD AND A SUCCESSFUL OCF WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
