ALL PARTS ARE CAPTURED AND THERE WAS NO RISK OF DEPARTURE IN FLIGHT BUT THE FAILURE HAS NOT BEEN OBSERVED AND IS UNCOMMON. AVA BASE WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW PART AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
