#2 OIL PRESSURE GAUGE SHOWED LOW MOMENTARILY THEN CAME BACK UP. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND RETURNED TO ANC. R/R#2 OIL PRESSURE SENSOR SWITCH.
LAV SMOKE DETECTOR INTERMITTENTLY CHIRPS FOR NOT REASON (LAV WASN'T ON FIRE)
CAUTION LIGHT PANEL LIGHTS RANDOMLY TURNING ON AND OFF DURING TEST. WHEN #2 ENG RUNNING AND #2 ENG OFF, #1 ENG CAUTION LIGHTS THAT SHOULD BE ON WERE NOT. WHEN UNIT WARMED UP, MULTIPLE CAUTION LIGHTS FAIL INTERMITTENTLY. DZUS FASTENERS ARE TO SHORT.
#2 STBY HUD PRESSURE IS 0 PSI. R&R #2 SPU IAW DHC-8 100 AMM 29-11-17. LEAK AND OPS CHECK FAILED SEE ITEM 3 FOR CONTINUED MAINTENANCE. C/W BLEED LEAK AND OPS CHECK OK.
NO.2 STBY HYDRAULIC PRESSURE INDICATES ZERO WHEN ON. NO ASSOCIATED CAUTION LIGHTS. REPLACED #2 STANDBY POWER UNIT

ROW 4 EXIT LIGHTS FLICKERED DURING FLIGHT, ALL EXIT LIGHTS ILLUMINATED BRIEFLY. MOSTLY OVERHEAD LIGHT AT 4. R & R PS2 BATTERY PACK FOR ROW 4. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
APPROX 1 HR INTO THE FLIGHT, THE MASTER WARNING LT INTERMITTENTLY FLASHED. A COUPLE MINUTES LATER WE NOTICED NR 1 ENG OIL PRESS FLUCTUATIONS, 60-45 APPROX, WE FEATHERED THE ENG & THIS HELPS THE FLUCTUATIONS. WE HAD A MOMENTARILY NR 1 ENG OIL PRESS LT BUT IT WENT OUT. APPROX 8 MINS LATER WE GOT THE NR 1 ENG OIL PRESS MASTER WARNING LIGHT & WE SHUT DOWN THE ENG & PERFORMED THE QRH CHECKLIST.

LEFT WING FUEL PANEL 524BT HAS ONE COUNTERSINK DAMAGED. LEFT WING FUEL PANEL 524BT, PN 85710024, SN F118335, 1 HOLE AND COUNTERSINK OPEN FOR BUSHING REPAIR IAW RD8-57-2673. HFEC AND DISBOND INSPECTION DONE ON LT WING PANEL 524BT CSK REPAIR AREA IAW RD8-57-2673 NO DEFECT FOUND.
RIGHT WING FUEL PANEL 624 BT, 1 COUNTERSINK DAMAGED. 1 HOLE OPENED AND COUNTERSUNK FOR BUSHING REPAIR IAW RD8-57-2673. HFEC AND DISBOND INSPECTION DONE ON RT WING FUEL PANEL 624BT CSK REPAIR AREA IAW RD8-57-2673, NO DEFECT FOUND.
LEFT WING, OTBD FLAP, TOP SURFACE CHAFED AT 2 PLACES. FLAP TOP SKIN BLENDED IAW RD8-57-1022 AT STAX 403.0 0.023" MATERIAL REMAINING HFEC AND UT THICKNESS INSPECTION DONE. NO CRACK FOUND.
LEFT STRESS PANEL 522AT CORROSION IN COUNTERSINKS. CORROSION REMOVED FROM 30 COUNTERSINKS IAW RD8-57-1715.
MIDDLE STRESS PANEL 521AT HAS CORROSION IN COUNTERSINKS.
NUMBER 1 AC GEN LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING TAKEOFF ROLL. REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE TO 2421-CB5. SYS TESTED GOOD IAW MM 24-21-01. OK FOR SERVICE.
DEPARTING, NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. RED NOSE INDICATION AMBER MAIN INDICATION, EXTENDED GEAR 3 GREENS MAINTAINED 140KTS. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. R & R PSEU IAW MM 32-61-50. PERFORMED 7 GEAR SWINGS. OPS CHECKED GOOD, OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
AFTER TAKEOFF BELOW 400 FEET NR 2 PROP RPM BEGAN SURGING. FOUND BAD MICRO SWITCH 6141-S4 IN BETA BACK UP SYS. R & R SWITCH & OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD IAW DHC-8 ENGINE RIG MANUAL.
PROP RPM & TORQUE FLUCTUATIONS BEGAN AT 400 FT PROP 970-1000, PROP CONTROL UNIT TORQUE 99.5-106%. RETURNED TO ANC. REPLACED NR 2 PCU FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. FOUND HIGH RESISTANCE IN PL SWITCH 6121 S12. R & R SAME & OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL IAW PSM 1-8-2 TR-ER-23 PART 7.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS ROW 4 LT & RT LOWER AND MAIN DOOR LOWER INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT RT EMERGENCY BATTERY SUPPLY AND BOTH AFT LT & RT EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW DASH 8 MAINTENANCE MANUAL 33-51-00. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPS CHECK GOOD.
LEFT SIDE BRAKING SIGNICANTLY DIMINISHED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT CONTROL CABLE TO LEFT BRAKE VALVE IAW DHC-8 MAINTENCE MANUAL 32-42-26. OPS CHECK GOOD, OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME.
LATERAL CRACK BETWEEN RIVETS IN VERTICAL LEG OF FITTING AT WS 40 AND AT WS 47.5 FITTING IS PART OF FORWARD WING ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY. NOTE: PART NAME IS FRONT SPAR CAP ADAPTOR FITTING.
RT PROPELLER FEATHERED (UNSCHEDULED) AND RT BETA LIGHT CAMEON. RETURNED TO SCC WITHOUT INCIDENT. ADJUSTED BETA SWITCHIAW DHC TAB 610/1, CONFIRMED NO OVER TORQUE.
